Here are the pics I promised over in the Sci-Fi section.

The first pic is of the item in 25-A10 Large Cargo Pods.
This is only of one pod of the two pods, but they are identical.
The second pic of the item in 25-A16 Single Very Large Cargo Module.
The next two pics are of the items in 25-A06 Small Cargo Containers.
This item has been discontinued from line production, but I have heard that Jon will make items he still has molds of if you are buying enough other stuff.
I need to find my 25-A20 Dumpster Bins; I hope to have a pic of them up soon.

Well, that is what I currently possess; I hope these pics will be helpful.

RF -

VERY nice paint jobs on all these pieces! I especially like the Medical container in the disco'ed pieces, and the 25-A16 piece, the SVLCM. I could picture loading the single module on a C-141, or on a C-130 for a LAPES delivery!
I never got to play with the C-17, so I can't say much about it. And having loaded a C-5 once, I don't want to say anything; that DAMNED bird kept eating everything we had to go on it! 36 pallet positions, whew.

See ya!

Cannot really see a -141 doing LAPES, but I have seen much delivered in that fashion by Hercs.
Hercs are going to be the Skytrains/Dakotas (C-47 aka DC3) of the 21 Century.
The C-47/DC3 did the "Energizer Bunny thing" in the 20th Century, and I can see the C-130 doing that in the 21st.

Hopefully I will find the bins today.
Warning: they are not painted - Sorry.
Maybe I can correct that soon and re-post.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. The -130 did the LAPES, not the -141. Although there were tests done in the mid-'70's to prove out the Starlifter as a LAPES bird, and as I understand it, the only problem was that the turbines didn't spool up fast enough for safe maneuvering that low to the ground.
'Sokay, the -17 has replaced the -141 for just about everything except ANG/AFRes duty, and IT IS LAPES-certified.

See ya!

YC -

hanging around here, how could you have lasted this long WITHOUT being cross-eyed?

You get DF, GS, and me cranked up in a debate, and we could cross a Balrog's eyes - twice!

Y'know, now that I think about it, that would be a miniature to build...let me take a look and see if I have one, either a D&D Mini's piece, or a Reaper. Hmmm. . .

Oh well, I can always ask Joe the Paintbrush Genius; he's probably the best figure painter I know.
If I could just wean him away from the Evil Empire (RF knows who I mean)!

See ya!

Found the bins/dumpsters!
I will post pics soon in their unpainted state.
Do not know how long it will be before they are painted.
I working on bugs right now - ants, spiders, scorpions, etc..

Unfortunately, I must admit the spiders and scorpions are E-Empire ones I picked up years ago.
Then again, they are Trish Morrison sculpts she did while she and her husband Ally were running their own mini company, Marauder Minis, before GW bought them out to bring them back into the Imperial fold once again.
I am going to use the large spider for a Megarachne servinei.

The ants though are the SJG ones.
They all look pretty good for bugs.
I am planning an adventure on a planet that has continents varying in their insect life from the Pennsylvanian period to the Early Cretaceous period.
That way I can all sorts of big and small bugs.

There is a mini I have not seen in the lines through the years, and I may have missed it.
Anyone know of a dragonfly figure that the wingspan is most of the height of a human male?
In other words about 4 feet in 25mm scale.
The Paleozoic just had some really cool bugs.

BTW, I remember seeing once a good size millipede figure.
There were 9 feet long ones on Earth at one time during the Paleozoic.
Anyone remember who made that millipede?
