M. Tom;

Which one are you, if indeed you are in the pictures?
Also, I LOVE those specialised arrows, particularly the 'explosive' ones! However, WHO is pulling the bow to make those MONSTERS fly true? King Kong?
Having done some archery before, I don't think anything less than a 60-lb. bow will give the explosives enough speed to hold a trajectory. In fact, I'm a little concerned about the other large-point shafts.
I WILL say this for them; get ONE to fly true, and psychological warfare should relieve the need to lauch any more!
God knows I don't want to be on the receiving end of ANY of them!
Very nice setup, also. I think we saw part of it a couple of weeks ago, did we not? If I'm correct, the remainder of the setup lives up to the part we DID see before!

Also, I just went out to the link you added to your post and checked the photos and comic book scans for the game.
Remind me NOT to anger the young lady (la Belle jeune fille!) archer. The one in the red tunic. YOU know who I mean; the one who makes William Tell look bad; she who makes Robin of Locksley seem a bit. . . inaccurate?

See ya!

Great use of the Alcove pieces!

Very Kool (ouch!) arrows too...

(jkratzer, Tom is not pictured there, he is a slightly older chap, perhaps his son is there? Or were you kidding? It would be impressive indeed if Tom were such a young Napolean...something out of a Orson Scot Card novel... )

Tom;

First of all, congratulations on Child number three! By the way, they've figured out what causes them.
Three years old and knows how to build DF? Stefan, WATCH OUT!
As far as the arrows are concerned; Hey, they're magic; they can work however the DM SAYS they work! Right? Ignore ME, I'M not playing in your game; so I don't count!

Have a good one, happy gaming, and take care of Momma and #3 (as well as #'s 1 and 2).

See ya!
