Before the Hack I had been puttting up shots from my regular game, well the Hack and the rebuild made a bunch of posts and pictures disapear. I have been hunting some of them up to repost, but oddly the rebuild made the last thread end at the end of Season I. So with some that i have now and to start a new thread with more recent stuff here goes Season II.

(I'll edit this one when i get home don't have any pics for it with me now...)


Season 2: Episode 201: - New Beginnings Part II
Original Airdate, September 27, 2005
Starring Ashla, Kyzera, and Rochmar, Featuring Marina and the Goon Squad, Master M’ros

Kyzera attempts to talk her way out of the situation but is not completely successful in swaying the brigand Marina and her goons. Ashala attempts to warn off the Thugs that are pressuring here back into the Cantina. A battle ensues in two separate locations as the goons attack Kyzera and Rocmar, and more Goons attack Ashla. The battle with Ashla goes frighten easy, as she dispatches one of the attackers, and tells the others to flee if they want to live, a few do but the rest tough it out and fight to the bitter end. Further up the fight between Kyzera and Rochmar and the Goons goes poorly for them, they are out numbered and ill equipped, Rochmar concentrates on the leader Marina and drives her off, while Kyzera defends her self and manages to take a few down, the situation looks dire. Until from the attackers behind them comes a dying scream, and those attackers turn to confront an enemy unseen by Kyzera or Ashla. This new participant begins to quickly weed through the goons. The leader of them a Rodian makes a break for it but is confronted by Ashla, and meets his end.

Soon the fighting is over, and Rochmar and Kyzera meet Ashla, the pair looks warily at Ashla not knowing her intentions. Eventually they discuss what has brought the three of them there, and Ashla’s roll in stopping Marina from putting something into Kyzera’s drink. Ashla takes the pair back to the Dark Mystic to be healed by Master M’ros and to tell him that Kyzera seems to be force sensitive.

M’ros listens to Ashla tell the tail of what happened in the cantina and that he believes that the Faleen is force sensitive. M’ros talks with the Faleen and confirms that she is indeed for sensitive, and says that he thinks it was the will of the force to bring her to this world at this time. Initially there had been three Jedi investigating the matter, Ashla, Garet, and Ix, Garet had gone his separate way early in their investigations, while Ashla and Ix had continued with Master M’ros. He believed it was part of her destiny to aid them in looking for the root of this plagues, something that seemed to strike at Force Users or possibly even the Force it self. As M’ros talks with Kyzera Ashla goes back to interrogate Captain Molo some more, trying to piece things together, and then Ashla joins M’ros and Kyzera and explains what they had discovered so far, they come to a chilling conclusion that Lorren seems to be involved in making a weapon that seems to target Jedi, or force users, while the plagues seem relatively effective in harming the general population, mere physical proximity like touching the crystals causes sickness, and debilitate the Force users.

Kyzera agrees to be trained, and starts her training with M’ros, but as a few days passes, they become worried as to where Ix is. He never returned from hanger 1891, a search reveals that the Raiders Storm has left, and is due back in a little over a month. They cannot locate Ix at all in the port, nor can Master M’ros find him in the force. M’ros is not certain that Ix has died for the Master thinks he would have felt the death of Ix in the force. He could be being shielded, Ix may be doing it himself to stay hidden, or some one may be doing it to hide Ix and their whereabouts. Since the Raiders Storm is gone, and it appears Lorren is no longer on the planet, they take the time to attend to some personal matters. During this time they take the Ish Tib back to their home world of Tibrin, M’ros uses the more than month of travel to begin to train Kyzera in the ways of a Jedi, Rochmar takes the parts he purchased from the port to customize his gun, and Ashla begins the construction of her light saber.

Season 2: Episode 202: - Caverns of the Whispering Wind
Original Airdate: October 11, 2005
Staring Ashla, Kyzera, and Rochmar Featuring F’il

After spending almost two months in space traveling to Tibrin to drop the Ish Tib off and then back to Cerea, Kyzera is well on her way to becoming a Jedi. Rochamr has customized his slug thrower to suit his needs and Ashla has constructed her own light saber. They arrive back at Cerea and land in the same landing bay. As they arrive and get a pass to go out to the Relief area a young man who asks them for help approaches them. He thinks that the group he is working with is stranded in a group of caves. They had been working in the Anx Mountains, near the Relief effort, when they discovered something, in a cave complex. It had some connection to Lorren but he doesn’t know what. He needs Jedi to get into the caves.
When they arrive there us a huge block of stone covering the entrance, Ashla uses the force to move it away and they descend into the caverns.
They search through three levels of caves, there appear to be areas where the people they are looking for traveled through, signs of synthrope leading down holes in the floor, and the like.


In their search they encounter some of the creatures that live in the caves, and an odd phenomenon with the wind that gives the caves there name, which causes some of the party to become disorientated.







Finally after traveling down three levels within the cave they find that the people they are looking for have recently travels through the area, a dead body of one of them. Deciding to risk the noise attracting more creatures they shout for the survivors, and here echoed muffled responses. Rushing forward to that area they encounter a large insectoid creature holding the trapped people hostage. They battle the creature, and release the archeologists.


They learn that Lorren lured them into the caves and sealed them in after the archeologists and discovered that Lorren violated the local laws.

Season 2: Episode 203: - Lorren’s Lair
Original Airdate: October 18, 2005
Staring Ashla, Kyzera, and Rochmar Featuring F’ill, T6-M9, Cerean Gang

After a brief discussion the trio decide to head to the Anx mountains to gather more information before the confront Lorren, taking F’ill as a guide. Hiring another set of Anx mounts they ride for the better part of the morning. They are confronted with a cave that leads into the mountains. They enter and meander about for a few hours discovering two unusual features; there is a concealed stairway in one end of the caverns, and what appears to be a vent in another. The vent was carefully constructed, designed to look like the natural stone, but very clearly not natural. The vent was in a large cavern full of many crystal growths, the Jedi search through the crystals find a few that might be suitable for light saber construction and collect them. Also in the cave are the bodies of three dead begins all males, but one was a Cerean, one was human, and the other was a Nikto.








Heading back to the door they found, they use the force to push it open, Rochmar found evidence that some one had uses some sort of jack to open it within the last month or so, but other than that nothing much else, until the head down stairs. Kyzera senses bad feeling, as they search around the notice that they have tripped a security device, a thin grid of lasers goes across the stair well. They guess they have just triggered an alarm. Rochmar pries one of the emitters out of the wall, and they continue on. Entering what appears to be an abandoned pre space flight era set of rooms; they see signs that the archeologists have been there. It looks like there may have been a dig that they were involved in.



Searching around further, they discover a door cleverly concealed to look like the earth around them. Opening it enters into a dimly lit set of tunnels that are of a high technology design. Rochmar breaks into the door, and they enter into an under ground base.



Searching around they find, a number of locked and sealed rooms. Entering one is the Power core for the base, and from it they use there light sabers to cut through the fan, to enter the computer room, download all of the files and find out that Lorren looks about ready to transmit, or has already done so all of his data. He has detailed notes on the plagues from the Wookiee world, Trandosha, and Cerea. But there is no mention of Rodia. Copying and down loading all of the info they use the high power transmitter to send the info to their ship and have T6 download and compile it and try to decipher the bits that are in another language. After wards they head into the Spartan chamber that appears to be a meditation and living quarters of some one, investigation reveals it is likely Lorren’s. As they search through items Rochmar discovers and opens a large shipping crate. Inside there is a deactivated droid that looks a lot like their droid T6. But if this is their droid, what droid is on the ship…
Kyzera races for the exit, Rochmar downloads all of the info again into this droid as a back up. Ashla tries to contact her master, and sends a warning through the force to him, and then tries to calm Kyzera. After that Rochmar and She go after Kyzera. They join her, as she is about to enter the dig site, which is crawling with Cereans.


The leader says that she and her friends were sent to kill the intruders by Lorren, and a fight breaks out. All but the Cerean leader is killed, who surrenders and leaves, but not before stealing their Anx mounts. The Trio is left with a long walk back to the first town to get more mounts, and then a few hours back to the spaceport, what could be happening in that time…

Season 2: Episode 204: - Show Down in Port 1732
Original Airdate: November 1, 2005
Staring Ashla, Kyzera, and Rochmar Featuring Master M’ros, T6-M9, ET6-M9, Sith Troopers, Mandalorians

The Trio lug T6 out of the caverns, and head towards a near by village. Kyzera goes into town and rents some Anx to head back to the Star port. A Few hours later, they arrive, and queue up to head in. On the trip back they came up with a plan to get the droid, illegal equipment on Cerea, back into the compound with all of it’s data and it intact.
A "Ye old" Jedi Mind trick combined with the subtle use of illusions. Presenting a fake pass and a slight nudge to the guards that everything is fine, along with a 95% accurate accounting of the events and why they had the droid in the first place, they are allowed back into the complex.

Now the worries that had played on their minds on the long trek back start to surface, is Master M’ros all right, has the droid that they thought was T6, but have now dubbed EvilT6 done something. They quickly gather some odds and ends that they will need to hide the droid, and they head into the landing bay. As they enter Ashla and Kyzera feel unease, instantly drawing their light sabers they go on the defensive as blaster bolts fly out of the darkness from the stern of the ship. Sith soldiers attack.




Ashla heads for the Dark Mystic, as more lower the ramp and descend from the ship. A battle develops, as Rochmar, takes aim on the soldiers high above on walk way, Ashla battles those in entry airlock, while Kyzera prepares to fight those one the ground, T6 is released from his hiding place and makes a dash for under the Mystic.





Meanwhile, on the upper deck in the crew quarters, Master M’ros, easily frees himself from his bounds and proceeds to take the ship back from inside as the Padawans enter the bay, As they fight those off outside the ship, he fights his way down to them, joining Ashla as she finishes of the Captain of this Squad. Both Kyzera and Rochmar were wounded, Kyzera severely, but they are tended to by M’ros and Ashla. Regrouping and searching the officers for information they head back into the Mystic.



M’ros explains that he had received Ashla's warning, but was confused by it, he examined the droid but could find nothing wrong with it and it did not attack him, and while it seemed somewhat stand offish it was just using the navigational and comm., systems, saying it was sending out the data that Ashla had sent, she wanted it sent to the council. “E†T6 offered a copy of the info to M’ros to look at. While M’ros was examining the info searching for a code or message, even trying some encryption programs on it he was able to find nothing, it appeared to be random junk. When M’ros finally had given up on that and approaching the droid demanding an explanation to determine what was going on, it sent out a signal that opened every cargo hatch and airlock on the ship, as Sith soldiers rushed into the bay. While M’ros was securing the droid and locking it his quarters Sith Stormed and took the ship, M’ros surrendering knowing he could take out most of them if he didn’t have to fight them all at once. Sensing they were awaiting the return of the Padawans M’ros decided to bide his time. When it was clear the Sith were trying to kill the Padawans and not capture them, he attacked so they would not be flanked or as badly out numbered.

Using a program M’ros had they translate the information, it is written in the Ancient Language of the Sith, it is a rather detailed account of Lorren’s activities. There is also the location of Planet he has recently come from, and is returning too… After searching the ship and doing a complete check of most of the systems, they decided to head out after Lorren. Luckily they catch the virus that ET6 had uploaded into their navicomp, or they would have gone drastically off course…

Season 2: Episode 205: - Karendmel III
Original Airdate: November 8, 2005
Staring Ashla, Kyzera, and Rochmar Featuring Master M’ros, T6-M9, jawas, Sith Troopers, Lorren

Arriving in system the planet is a desolate ball of darkness, craters pockmark the surface testament to many collisions, and even from space the chill of the dark side permeates the planet, savage winds wrought by fierce storms with powerful bolts of lighting rip through the atmosphere. Using sensors they track Lorren’s path through the atmo and they follow it in. About half way through the decent bolts of lighting strike the ship repeatedly and ship systems go down in a cascade of errors and damage. Forced to make an emergency landing, since one of the systems knocked out was the hyperdrive, they land in a cave and taking shelter from the lighting strikes. After assessing the damage the Jawas set to work on repairing the ship. Almost immediately the force sensitive are wracked with pain, the dark side presence of the world is having a physical effect causing pain, and sapping away their energy. Some of the non-force sensitive fell it as well but not as harshly.
Reaching out with the force they find the source of the presence, a large concentration of Dark Side energy a few clicks away. M’ros stays behind to watch over the jawa’s as they repair the ship, and aid a few who have also succumbed to the effect of the planet, while Ashla, Kyzera and Rochmar head off to investigate the site.
Taking the ships little shuttle craft they avoid a few close lighting strikes and find a small bunker sticking out of the ground, circling around they discover a cave entrance, and fly the shuttle, into the cave, nestled in the cave is the Raiders Storm, Lorren’s ship. There are also many droids moving about. The droids seem to ignore them unless one of the heroes interferes with the mining they are doing. The head into the main complex following the droids and see they are mining some of the crystals that they have been running into on the various worlds, and some info and schematics.

Using their light sabers they cut their way into the main complex, the see catwalk leading over a large open area with a deep swirling mist or fog, they get the sensation of cold from this area, so they head around towards a turbo lift that they can see.


Getting there the lift heads up to the surface, and down to the pit, so they head through the other doors and an alarm goes off. Droids rush to attack… During the skirmish they see the turbo lift activate, Ashla goes back and wrecks the controls… hoping to force who ever is in it away, Lorren descends again, and jumps up to the catwalk, and faces off against Ashla as Rochmar and Kyzera finish off the droids.

Season 2: Episode 205: - Karendmel III – The Nexus

Lorren backs away from Ashla luring her out onto the catwalk above the nexus, as Sith Troopers from his ship charge into the complex, most go to deal with Kyzera and Rochmar, while a few stay behind to blow the little shuttle and fire up the engines of the Raiders Storm pulling it out of the bay awaiting an all clear signal to retrieve the troops and Lorren, or to warn their superior that the base has been compromised.

Kyzera and Rochmar deal with the troopers as Lorren and Ashla begin their battle, light saber squares off against alchemically treated steal on the catwalk for a few seconds before Lorren jumps into the swirling fog

Ashla’s vision is hindered as Lorren strikes at her. Using the force to help her see Ashla is assaulted by images of death and destruction almost the ghostly spirits of those that died in this place, but more real and substantial. Lorren maneuvers through the images using them to hide behind as he attacks Ashla fading in and out to attack. The darkside whispers to Ashla to use it in the fight, but she holds off as Lorren batters her with strikes and takes stabs at her. Her native Torguta abilities however give her an edge and she is able to occasionally track Lorren and eventually she gets a telling strike.



After being forced to dispatch Lorren Ashla leaves the nexus, recovers her companions and cleanses herself of the area. Then they search the nexus all the while it whispering at her mind, offering power and strength. They find what appears to be a chamber hidden behind one of the walls, but it seems locked from the inside.

In truth one must prove oneself worth by being able to access the room, three tests must be passed, and after a bit of experimentation Ashla is able to enter. It is a meditation chamber, where Lorren has been resting; they discover a data pad and journal.

Leaving the area they travel back to the ship, using the damaged backup hyperdrive they limp to almost friendly port on the edge of Sith Space and Hutt Space where they plain to get the ship repaired. Rochmar, Kyzera and M’ros book passage to Dantooine to tell the council there what has happened while Ashla over sees the repair of the ship….

Season 2: Episode 206: Light Side Nexus
Original Air Date: January 10, 2006
Starring Ashla, Vance, Huego Introducing Gosclaug Anduskandusk

Having arrived on an out of the way inhabited planet in the Hutt Sector after doing some work for a Hutt entrepreneur and getting the Dark Mystic repaired and upgraded (see the Hutt Hit an Interlude for the adventures of that miniseries) one of the things that comes out of the situation is that Pangroba let Ashla know of the location of a supposed nexus. During the time it takes to repair the ship separately Vance and Ashla attempt to use the force to discern things. They look at the planets they are heading to Kintan, Ryloth and Jor, While Ashla checks up on Karendmel III. There she is assaulted by the cataclysm that wrecked the world, and witness’s first hand the destruction wrote by the Ancient Sith Sorcery that was employed to try to gain immortality. How the slaves revolted refusing to be sacrificed, triggering the destruction of the planet and bathing it in the darkside energy. Ashla also tries to learn about the planet they are heading to, and discover the location of the Nexus.


After the ship is repaired they leave Pangroba and head off deeper into Hutt Space to check on this supposed Nexus. Arriving on the planet Ashla Vance and Huego head out toward the area they think the Nexus is in, having searched for it through the force on planet. But contact with the Nexus is tenuous, Ashla had felt that there was almost a will and consciousness with the Darkside Nexus on Karendmel III and wonders if this nexus is similar and hiding, because as both Ashla and Vance reach out to it, it seems to disappear and melt away, hiding…


Arriving at the location it appears similar to what Ashla saw in her vision, as she creeps into the clearing and circle of stones, Vance and Huego stay at the speeders. Vance gets a little jumpy and draws his pistol as he tries to connect with the nexus and it slips from his mind, suddenly his pistol is pulled from his hands and dashed against a rock. After a brief discussion Vance and Huego leave Ashla alone at the site, as they head back to town.


A few minutes later a slight saurian creature emerges from the bushes, his name is Gosclaug Anduskandusk as he and Ashla talk he tells the story of how he is a wandering adapt seeking greater understanding of the force. He came to this spot to study it. As they talk Gosclaug drops a bomb on Ashla by telling her that Vance is force sensitive, and in the end he offers to train Vance.


While Heugo and Vance are in town the learn that some time back a Nuosurain from New Plympto had come in asking many of the same questions that they were and no one had seen him since. Ashla returns some time later with Gosclaug and they depart for Kintan.

Season 2 Episode 207: Isbek Station
Original Airdate: January 17, 2006
Staring Ashla, Heugo, and Vance Featuring Gosclaug, Chubbra, Marak

Arriving at Kintan they are greeted by a hyperspace warning buoy, the planet is under quarantine, all travel is being routed to a space station on the third moon, Isbek. They land on a station that is obviously getting more work than it was built for. There are lines of ships waiting to land to load and unload cargo, as all of the traffic normally that would go planet side is being routed through the station. With no Cargo to trade the Mystic was set to be shuttled to the back of the line for more priority deliveries to occupy landing space. When Ashla says she may have a way to end the plague and gets a meeting with Chubbra the Hutt the next day. With no cargo they are placed in an out of the way rundown port on the edges of the facility.
Vance is able to finagle some info out of the slip master a Toydarian by the name of Ghen about the situation on the moon and planet,


They go before Chubbra the next morning, and broker a deal, they will be allowed to land, and break quarantine if they alleviate the problem.





They arrive and during the investigation while tending to the injured Ashla discovers that the plague is real, in searching for the presence within the force all of the other afflictions have had it is not there, this ailment is not connected to the force it is the Bandonian plague. But something is different, while in the past the plague wiped out 99% of the population of the planet Bandon, and in many cases has wiped out great swaths of the population where it has sprung up, it hasn’t totally destroyed the population of Kintan. The doctors attribute part of this to the draconian quarantine measures of Chubrra, and the fact that many of the Nikto settlements are so isolated, the populations of small infected settlements tend to die before they spread it, and the fact that Chubrra’s forces will kill any who break quarantine, seems a violent but effective means to stop the spread of the plague.
Taking a sick individual back to the treatment tanks they have on the Mystic they see if that treatment will help along with Ashla’s force fueled aids. While Ashla can strengthen them she as of yet cannot cure the sickness in them. She sends a message to her old Master M’ros
Vance takes a detour after running some errands and follows the thread of force presence he had detected to a local bar. Within the gather of Nikto’s one stands out as being Force Sensitive, a gruff looking Red Nikto in scarred battle armor, the weapon it wields Vance thinks might the hilts of a double bladed light saber, backing out of the bar he heads back to the ship.


Heugo has been scouring the data-net, and confirms that something is amiss, the plague is not running it’s usual course and the quarantine doesn’t seem to be doing much, odd resurgences and outbreaks occur in almost random patterns. But looking deeper he sees a pattern that it may be tied to the Cult of M'dweshuu and Morgukai warriors.

Sure thing, as i was saying in another thread (L's Yet Another New McFarlane Dragon I have for a long time used Toys as minis, these come from a recent line of action figures that i bought pretty much just for the dinoo to use as monsters in D&D or SW. The line is called Dinowarriors
They aren't re-painted they are straight from the pacakge. For $3 (i waited till they went on markdown at Target) you get a huge beasty, and something that can work as a giant.

Wow! What an undertaking! I don't know much about the "universe" that is refered to here in your "epic" story but it sure looks like a blast (no pun intended) Some kool pics and setups here...I like the one's at eye level especially the one with Jabba at the end of the long room. The fog pics are also awesome. Are you going to start a weekly/monthly story column? I would encourage you and welcome you to do so here (even If we cannot pay you) just a thought.
You have quite a collection of figs (and MM)

I would suggest staying away from using a flash when taking MM photos (I think you have already realized that) It washes everything out. Of course I realize that you probably don't have the "studio" type set up that IO has over in florida, or that Tom has in France (we all envy them) I am happy to see someone else unleashing their creative juices in grand manner here as well...

Yes I'm getting back to posting the pictures from my Weekely Star Wars d20 RPG game. I used to have a thread running where i was doing it before Star Wars Game. But the dreaded Hack and change over/rebuild of the boards pulled the pictures, and cut a bunch of stuff. While all of that was going on there was also a few weeks of down time in the sessions due to the Holidays and the arrival of a few new Characters (this thread is actually those adventures where they got brought into the campaingThe Hutt Hit – an Interlude. I didn't want to add that to the on going campaing so i wasn't updating the old thread. But now that the side adventure is over and the campaign is back on track instead of updating that old thread i thought i'd start a new one, since i was going to have to go back and start at Season II any way in the older thread (back near the begining of things i had the idea to do it like TV episode writeups), however so the old thread wouldn't get too combersome, i started a Season II thread.

I have found a number of the old pictures but posting them seems wonky, i uploaded a number but they didn't seem to take, ( the newer ones seemed to overwrite the older ones), so may just use Photobuckt to put them up.

I try to get the pictures up by Thursday from Tuesday games (depends on how long the write ups take), Already have this tuesdays set up planned out, just trying to get the details (what spiffy bitts like, computers, power generators, tables, bookcases, and alters go where) it will be one of the most ambitious i have done yet. It will be using Every set, caverns, fantasty, sci-fi and doe. I hope the setup comes out as cool as the vision in my head.
