MrThou,

Yes I Understand Your Feelings about the EULA... I Think that they Wanted to Keep Tabs on "Their" Artwork, since a lot of Folks Use Dundjinni for Professional Mapping (Modules)...

BUT, there is such a Rich Assortment of Open Licence User Art out there, so If Someone Really Wanted to Make Maps to Sell, they Could Do So Without Using the Actual Dundjinni Tiles... Not to Mention that If You Design Your Own (Which I Do a little bit of), then you Can Do What ever you want with the Artwork...

Regardless, it is a Pretty Good Mapping Program, and the Learning Curve is WAY easier to Get a Handle on than CC, Though I Have Not seen the CC2pro, and do not Know what that is...

Where Dundjinni is Lacking a little is in the Campaign Maps of Course, but For Putting Maps together for Home Games... It's the Best that I have Tried...

How about getting back on topic? We could always start a new thread if we want to discuss mapping software!

CC2Pro is the Campaign Cartographer 2 Pro. Its a beefed up CC.
Awesome program, but makes my head spin... But atleast once I get a hang of what it can do, I can sell what I make should I ever get the chance.

Im not an artist, making my own tiles just doesnt work for me. Same reason I'm getting DF instead of Hirst Arts. Im not an artist ;)

O.k. I have to jump into this mix... only I'm doing it for my kid since he can't type yet. ;-}~

My son's first dungeon. He's two and a half and he had a blast with this stuff.
I bought a bunch of cheap (.25 cents each) clickies at GenCon Indy this year so he
and I could goof around with them in small dungeon setups.

Yeah, he's pretty clever. Only catch is that he has "two-year-old attention span". ;-}~

He's so full of energy and curious about everything that it's hard to get him to sit down
for more than 10 to 15 minutes a pop to focus on "playing". Once in awhile though--he'll
sit down on his own and play with the same toys for an hour just making up stories with
his firemen or his "guys".

Hey MLV... Thanks. I'm pretty excited about getting him involved in gaming in general. He's been playing with his MegaBloks and other building blocks for so long now I figured I'd see what he could do with the DF pieces. I was pretty impressed.

Finally got a chance to pull out my DOE set and play around with it (as well as the new Plastruct water stuff I bought! - thanks IO!). Unfortunately, I can't find my dig camera and so I resorted to my very under-powered phone camera to snap at least a few pics... Here we go!

Oh, and since the pics were hard to make out, I decided to play with a few filters in MS Photo Editor to mess with them a little in an effort to make theings stand out.

(Ok, I deleted the original post cuz I didn't like the way it uploaded images - out of the order I intended and without letting me do a running commentary, so trying this again...)
---------------------------------------

Just as the old man said, the fountain was 3 days north of the border. It alone had flowing water, the burbling sound out of place in the otherwise frozen waste.

Rodrey reaches out and grasps hold of the hooded head...

... and suddenly the group appears inside the hidden Den of Evil!

But their arrival is not without notice!

Nonetheless, they have finally tracked down the source of corruption that has defiled the land for so long...

Will they succeed in cleansing this stench from the Thillorian?

Oh…so…Sweet!

Glad to hear you found a few Plastruct water sheets!

Where did you find them?

We have that fountain as well. I like it a lot because it’s actually three fountains in one. The pieces can be used together, or separately, like you've shown.

Nice Job
