I like the Room Set idea -- I was just going to say "Well, if we get more walls, we need more floors, too!"

I voted for 6" walls in the expansion set, either regular or with some special deco. But I'd also like to see a regular ol' room set....

"A M E N!!!" I totally agree. i´ve been toying around with one doe set (i ordered only one but it is not here yet so i had to improvise with r&p pieces) and i have to back you guys up. the other ideas like big staircases and doe specific furniture are great and i also say YES! to all of them but first we need some big rooms!!!!!!!!!!!! i would buy a second box but what to do with all the passage pieces? at night i dream of an advanced doe builder set with lots of floors, wall pieces, corners, some 6" walls and one (or 2) long straight passage....

Well,

If many more people keep asking for a DOE "room" type set we could concievably do one for later next year...or else, we could make extra sure that the DOE (evil additions set) would include much wall and floor space, perhaps even make it a double box set with 2" long walls (slightly different) as well as 6" long walls + various styles and sizes of floors...rather than making everyone wait...

I too have been playing with two DOE sets and I need more floors and walls to make that great final temple/dungeon/throne room thing for the final battle. The set just begs to used in a final battle, and for that, I need a bigger room.

Oooh, I like this one -- a kind of SUPERevil demon arch, that can go on the other side of the original archway -- from either side you get pure EEEeeevilll.... that could be neat...

Secret doors. You've got to have secret doors. When Master Maze put in the first ones, I used them and my players went wild. It caught them totally off-guard, as it's so well made that you have to know to look for it to notice.

Ditto rotating walls. The whole Den of Evil theme will benefit if the walls move. Fewer things freak players out than that.

And maybe a few traps, particularly ones that look like they shred, slice, and dice. Maybe even one with a victim already in it (good for the theme).

I'd also suggest that instead of a pentagram, you could use some other kind of geometric figure. A large triangle, with a circle within it, and a square within that, could have a nice visual impact, especially combined with mystic-looking symbols.

Last, but not least, a floor section where the tiles seem to form a spiral. Such things, combined with the tiling style of the DoE, will make the eyes almost hurt, for that Escher-ish look.

Stefan,

I Really Like the idea of Including a Variety of Floor and Wall Pieces in the DoE WA-1 Set... I Would Rather Pay More for a Larger more Inclusive Set than Pay a lot More for Several Smaller Sets... I Would However Encourage that Any Really Kewl Extra Bits like Sarcophagi Fountains Etc... be Designed as a Seperate Piece from the Floor or Wall so that they Could Be Used in ANY set?

L,

I Am Guessing that When You Mention a 3x3 Floor Tile that You Mean 6x6 (Inches)? If So I Would Definately go for that... Not to Mention the Various "______ of Eeeevil" Line of Furniture and Accesories....<Grin>...

I also would prefer the separate sets for the "special" pieces and for the "room set" with bigger walls and floors and other building elements. I'd love to get columns too, either with the special elements or with a room set (columns are both special features and building elements if they can be used to support a second level).
