Stefan - please stir the pot... 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Only 2 posts on the whole forum yesterday... i'm getting lonely ;)

Stefan, might i humbly suggest that you poke the hornets nest with a stick to liven things up?

ideas:

1) Post a picture (preferably blurry and in the background of something else) of some sculpt that no one has seen before and we can spend a hundred posts trying to figure it out and designing the set that surrounds it

2) Toss out random ideas like "I have been thinking for years about sculpting a vacuum tube set to go with the Sci-Fi sets, perhaps with clear dwarvenite it is finally time." - we could all go nuts on that for a while

3) Mention random minis so we can all speculate - you could say something like "I never have enough unicorns for my adventures, it is really too bad no one makes a set of unicorns..."

4) Throw us a curveball by saying something like "I have been spending a lot of time looking at Mayan architecture for ideas and inspirations." Theories and excitement would run wild...

It is a long time until November and even longer until KS 3. Dwarvenice made a big splash, but it is quieting down again. You gotta throw us a bone!

I'm heading to Gen Con on Tuesday:) If anyone is going maybe we shall meet? Clue: I am not at the Booth much till late in the day....

Been busy updating my chaotic gaming area...it's not a whole room...just a part of my 950sq ft Loft where Lulu and I have been living the past 4-5 years....I bought some cabinets at Walmart, with shelves and glass fronts so I can get more organised at last! 6 cabinets! They were like $120 each or so...but you had to build them yourself...I got a local guy to do it for about $30 each.....way worth it:) I'll post a picture sometime, they will probably be in the background of any future video's in any case...it gives my Loft a kind of Library or Scientific feel I think....

Better Organisation means faster product creation I hope:)

I also have a new official Dwarven Forge work space near by which we are renting...Yay! More space, better thinking and creating! It's like a dream!

So where can one find you at GenCon to buy you a drink Stefan? I owe at least one for all of the hours of amazing table top wonder your products have given me and my friends for the last 17 years. :)

Playing D&D since 1982 and DMing since 1986. I still rember that first red box! I've been a Dwarven Forge collector since 1998.

Stefan, I'd like to invite you to the annual Acaeum website dinner on Wednesday night, if you'd be interested. We're all old school players, and we just grab a meal at a nice restaurant before the Con and shoot the breeze. There are some Fathers of the hobby showing up (I know Frank Mentzer and Tim Kask will be there) and it's super chill. You can either reach me here or log in to the Acaeum website and shoot me a PM for details, I have the same username there as I do here. Hope you can make it!!

Stefan:

Can you share pics of your updated gaming space? I finished my new space in February in our basement, love having a dedicated area.

That's right Stefan....

Don't worry a bit....

Kitenerd and I were just going to have a Pizza Party at your place and invite all the best NY Graffiti Artist's over that specialize in Shades of Street Pink to decorate....

Look at all the Pretty Colors......
