for $150
2 room sets
1 cavern set
1 narrow passge set
1 wicked addtions set

for $180
wicked additons II set
cavern set
deluxe room set

I see where the mm001 lists for 4 doors in the set my room sets only have 2 doors (the box has everything), why is this?

also, my room set was missing the bookelt that gave build examples....anyone have this available in a pdf?

you think i got good deals?

also, what sets should I look to add next?

thanks
excited to use these

Welcome to the addiction and glad you're excited to use them....however, despite your good deals, really wish you would have purchased some of these sets from Dwarven Forge. Its a small company that especially relies on *new blood* like you to help keep them going and creating the amazing terrain we all love, ya know?

I recently got a few of the ruins sets and highly recommend them. If you mix in just a few of them with a bunch of regular room pieces it makes a pretty sweet effect.

oh yeah, the ruins sets appeal to me BIG TIME......I wasalso thinking about the

floor set
ruins set
room & passage set
pillars
not sure if either advance builder sets would help
cavern passge (not sure if the lake sets would be worth it)
a few BIG floor pieces
some accesories

what OOP is there? the opnly one I know of is the ogres den...which others did i miss the boat on? (and will they ever go back in stock?)

Good to hear you will patronize DF directly :-)

And as Shadbelly said, the Den of Evil R&P set is out of print, for good. If you have any interest in the Den of Evil line at all best grab it up sooner rather than later as the other sets (Room and WA) will likely go the way of the dodo soon too.

As for next sets other than DoE, I like the R&P set for passages and more corners, large floors (since both WA sets are out of stock now) and maybe a WA3. Advanced Builder is very useful to add versatility to the placement of doors PLUS gives you the straight hallways that don't come with the R&P set.

Anyone know how the stocks of RotA are holding up?

I know I need to get them pretty soon, but just HOW soon?

I think these arguments are sometimes a bit exaggerated...
he saved hundreds of dollars buying this used stuff.
if one says that it was better not to make this purchase, it means that he would be willing to send to DF for charity, a sum equal to the difference of the deal with new stuff (hundreds dollars).
I agree that it's nice to spend a little bit more and help a small and GREAT company as DF, but make not sense in this case!
that's just my opinion

Cavernous Passages set is very cool and would be useful since you have the two cavern sets. You will have to wait for the restock but there are a few individual pieces available. And those are crazily cheap prices you paid!
