Forest? 3 Years, 9 Months ago
looking at all these sets i was wondering, will you be designing a forest set? i would buy it, i thought of it because im a D&D player but more oftenly the pcs are in the forest as compared to a dungeon.

Nope.
A modular forest is too easy to do.
Just buy trees (by 100 for train Ho) and try it like me :

Sandra Garrity is sculpting the Wood Elves Set right now and it looks awesome so far! It is more of a kind of building made of trees rather than a forest but it will be great within a forest as in the above scene:)

Great pics, HQF. It's nice to see the old Advanced HeroQuest minis in action.

Any idea of when the Sandra Garrity set can be expected? My party is getting close to an area where this sounds like it would be perfect. :)

Wow, nice photos of your winter forest scenery. It looks like you're the proud owner of the much esteemed barabarian quest pack with those terrain grids and yetis. haha

I see you're using HO scale, HeroQuestFrance, but wouldn't some S&O thrown in there work quite nicely as well?

HO scale = 1:87
25mm = 1:72
28mm = 1:65
S scale = 1:64
O scale = 1:48 (US)

S scale is closest to 28mm figures, scale-wise.

HeroQuest's minis is a 25mm scale but Advanced Heroquest + warhammer quest minis are 28 mm.
A slightest difference of scale only visible on the faces of the heroes & few monsters.
