Order Problems. 4 Years, 3 Months ago  
hi all,

i recently ordered 3 sets of dwarven forge ive had confirmation emails that theyve been shipped to the warehouse but since theni have heard nothing. ive sent quite a few emails via the contact form and had no responses and not even conrfirmation that theyve recived them.

if i hadnt seen the product every were before hand id swear id been scammed.

so firtsly im posting this here in the hopes someone might notice it and sort my orders out, but secondly to know if anyone else has had this sort of trouble and how much effort it has been to fix it.?

Hi,

If the 3 sets are for the ruins set, then it's normal it hasnt shipped yet because it is still in pre-order mode.

As for the lack of response, it seems that DF has some very wacky spam filter on emails and that might be why your email haven't had any response.

Posting here is the right thing to do since admin is bound to notice it and straighten things out.

I can garantee you that DF customer service is the best, once you get over some technical, internet, communication thingy bugs :)

Hello James,

has your issue been sorted out? Unfortunately our offices are closed till Monday. When jeff is in he will be happy to sort everything out. If you did order the Ruins Set or anything else that is not currently in stock it won't be shipped till the container comes in from our factory in about two weeks...please call Jeff on monday at:618-549-7100 (the number at the top of our web site) and he will help you out.
