No doubt. I think a Wicked Bombanat kit would rule. I couldn't always afford the prices Bombanat's stuff went for ($75 for the 4x4 ring of fire or a T-passage conversion for instance - his stuff is just that good, and unique), but I'm sure DF could find a price that is reachable by a larger audience.

I wish I had seen that huge sale (see the two videos) that one guy had. I would have loved to have snapped up all those pieces.

I hope Jeff and Stefan review the pictures and vids and take serious note. Lots of great things there, and things to springboard to other ideas.

Yeah, a set or two of pieces like Bombanat makes would be uber-cool!!! Throw in a few diagonal walls, a new door and a new large floor tile and BINGO - mega sales!

Nah, save that for a separate roof set.

Agreed! Beside you can't see the cool fantasy floors when playing D&D with the roof on top :)

Agreed. I wasn't suggesting roofs should be in with the Wicket Ed set. I was saying I thought it would be nice to see a "roof set." I doubt that'll have enough use, however, for DF to make one.

The tops look nice, Crioux. Thank you for sharing.

Well looking at my WA set 1 & 2, Aside from the fantasy line the only theme of the set is their pieces both have pillars, both have stairs, both have bigger floor pieces, both have six inch wall piece(s). Comparing the DoE WA it also has large floor pieces, pillars, stairs, and a six inch wall piece.

So to continue the theme perhaps, more stairs but more versatile like the Rota but in the Fantasy line style. More pillars, maybe ruined fantasy pillars? Another big floor piece with something interesting on it. more 6 inch wall pieces with interesting items (weapon rack, levers, frescoes, or shackles.

Also I would like to see archways (Gothic or otherwise), barred-prison walls, rubble piles. Barred typed doors.

I would like to see a wicked edition set for the cavernous line.

I would say that Fantasy line ROTA style stairs would be the #1 thing for me. Hell, I would even buy a variety/assorted stair set expansion!

100% on rustyblades request + double doors. How can we run old school style dungeons without good old fashioned double doors? Removable doors, of course.

I think there are a ton of "basics" that can still be addressed in the fantasy line. As much as I love all the alternate type expansions I still feel that there is a wide range of classic items which can be added to the Fantasy line.

Oh yeah a wicked set expansion for the cavernous line...wait, rustyblade already said that.

I'm less interested in the RotA style stairs for Fantasy. It's fantastic, but (for me) it doesn't match the Fantasy style -- which is rougher and more utilitarian than RotA. If I want RotA style stairs in a Fantasy dungeon, I'll use the RotA stairs.

I'd like to see:
a passage end-piece with stairs going up
a passage end-piece with stairs going down
free-standing spiral stairs (around a central column, or cut into a stone cylinder)
curved stair (forming a 90-degree arc)
wide stairs (which technically we can do by putting stairs side by side)

Raising this from the dead. Why? Because a revisit of such topics is essential to the growth of the new DF Game Tiles. (aka, Dwarvenite)

This thread contains some way cool stuff that many of us would like to see in our dungeons.
