It's sounding like a Waterous Advanced Builder Set, with a possible Wicked Waters Set in the future.

That would be GREAT!

I just hope the second one won't take too long.

I think that once these pieces (from the first set) are available we may start seeing more elaborate lake setups being posted.

Even though such setups will lack some of the elaborate "touches" that the accessories and unique pieces would add, at least the lakes can be structurally complete.

And that, in itself will make these larger and elaborate lake setups that much more "stunning" to behold.

In short: With the one set - "Fantastic", with both sets - "Unbelievable"!!!

IMHO, I think the Cavern Set has the same inrealised potential and could well use a similar "treatment".

Very good to hear! And you're absolutely right, Stefan -- having multiple sets with simply the most useful elements is a lot better than being forced to stock up on colorful "one off" pieces that would look odd showing up repeatedly in a layout.

Bring on Water Advanced Builder Set and then Wicked Water Set!

Oh -- and as far as making the set seem "flashy" for newbies -- I'd recommend linking the Lake Set and the Advanced Water Set on the website, just to indicate to newbies that they complement each other extremely well. Maybe even offer a (small) discount on the Advanced Set to anyone who orders a regular set, or vice versa, just to ensure that it doesn't fade away....

Just some thoughts...

Excellent - I think the water stuff is your best range, overall. I will definitely be buying three sets.

Oh, and I guess I can consider my question answered -- the set won't have exactly the same pieces the Lake Set had, but it will have many interesting transition pieces, so I can probably get more mileage out of what I have.

That said, it seems like I may be wanting another Lake Set after all -- more transition pieces for even more fun, and more basic lake-building stuff so I can use all of these pieces in one layout! Or at least, most of them...

Woo-hoo! Stefan and Jeff, please make sure the Lake Set is in stock when you take pre-orders for this set!!!!

I will be taking the plunge(no pun intended) later in the year and being able to order singles of the straight shores will be of great use.
