Are there any news allready about the international USPS shippings for the CRW preorders?
Did anyone allready get numbers or maybe even a package?
I still got no Tracking number in my mail or in my order history so far, but well, while it's evening in Germany now, it's just noon in the US, so I'll wait till tomorrow.

@Jeff: Does it make sense to send you a personal email with my order number for a detailed check in case I do not hear anything about a tracking number until tomorrow? There might be a potential issue with additional items that were idicated as 'available' or 'in Stock June 1st' when I ordered, but meanwhile switched to 'in Stock Aug. 1st' (Fantasy 6x6 Floor, 6" Long passage, 6" Long Walls) or even 'out of Stock' (Fantasy Floor Set).

Hi LoneStarr -

I asked the same thing in another thread and also via 2 e-mails (the latest one being this morning). I certainly don't want an inventory glitch holding up my Cavernous Rivers any longer than they already have been.

And, before the flames re-ignite, I am being patient, I understand about Origin's, I do understand about Avery's arrival but expecting a reply to a question I asked almost two weeks ago shouldn't be too much to ask for.

When you guys pre-order something we take it out of inventory. So no worries about us selling your items.

I spoke with the warehouse this morning, and they pledged to get all the International orders out by the end of Tuesday (7/11). You will all receive an email tracking number at that time. We will also update your accounts a 6-8 hours after we get the numbers also. That way if your email gets blocked you can still get the number on the website.

The end is in sight. Thanks for your patience with us as we get up and rolling again.

I haven't checked all the posts to see if the questions about in stock June 1st now in stock Aug. 1st have been answered or not, and I do not work for DF, but let me try to answer the question:

From what I have seen and read (here in the posts and e-mails with DF folks), it is my understanding that the Cart Software DF utilizes allows them only the one main item description field. I was told that they don't have a nice way of showing "out of stock" or "in stock xxx" via a secondary item description. As such, when availability changes, so does the main item title. As such, when you check your orders on-line, that on-line system pulls the current item title out of the database and displays it, regardless of what the item title was when you ordered your product.

Working example:
Let's just pretend here. Let us pretend that DF pre-ordered 200 6x6 Fantasy tiles.
The item title says "6"x6" Fantasy tile (in stock June 1st)."
I order 11 lf the tiles (which I did).
My .pdf invoice which I was sent shows the item title as "6"x6" Fantasy tile (in stock June 1st)."
My on-line order (currently) shows the item title as "6"x6" Fantasy tile (in stock June 1st).".
Over the course of two months while I'm waiting for the pre-order, enough individual people buy up all the pre-orders so all 200 of the items which are going to be in stock have all been sold.
DF staff changes the item title to "6"x6" Fantasy tile (in stock Aug. 1st)" and they place another order for 200 with the factory.
My .pdf invoice which I was sent shows the item title as "6"x6" Fantasy tile (in stock June 1st)."
My on-line order (currently) shows the item title as "6"x6" Fantasy tile (in stock August 1st)." This is only because it's pulling the Current item title from its database based upon the database ID number (row or column) associated with the item in the order.
My 11 6x6 tiles arrived today.

Next year, let us say, when DF needs to pre-order again, my on-line order might say "in stock Sept." first. It'll change as the item title changes in their database, or until they find a better way to present their stock status "in/out/future."

Hope that helps those concerned about pre-order status that appear to have been pushed back.

Well, that's what I hoped that it is like too, and as we can see from Jeffs answer that might be true.

I posted my first attempt for that question in the Web Site Suggestions anyway, so it is allready mentioned there.

What I noticed, while I checked my order history again some day ago, is that if you would like to print the invoice from the websites order history again, the in stock information changes even there due to this 'stock info in name problem'.
I am not sure if this might be a potential legal issue (e.g. not allowing documents like invoices being changed after they were issued), but I think DF should consider to address that problem some day, because it is at least very confusing.

Today is Tuesday and I still haven't got an email! (i am one of the international orders)
What shall I wait for now?
There were only problems at the DoE!
There are only problems with Wall & River!
The same game still with LakeSet, Mystery Set, DoE-WE?
Also the problem with #Not finished Order# still isn't cleared despite more then one e-mails or posts

I know I was one of the guys that ragged on you before, but now I think it's time for you to privately e-mail Jeff Martin and ask him, gently but firmly, if your order is confirmed with DF, if it went to the fulfillment center in a timely manner, and whether the fulfillment center has moved it out yet.
You may also want to DOUBLE-CHECK your e-mail address, postal address, and shipping label address with Jeff, because if ANY of those three items is screwed up (regardless of WHO screwed it up!), You Ain't Gettin' Your Stuff!
Again, I am NOT ragging on you this time; I am trying to help you address your purchase problems and get some positive communication going here between you and Dwarven Forge.
As what I consider to be a loyal customer of DF, I think it behooves me to help alleviate these kinds of problems before they become MONSTERS, instead of minor-to-major misunderstandings.
I dunno what if anything else I can do to help, but if you (or Jeff) come up with anything, let me know.
Beyond that, I am not saying ANYTHING ELSE about mcwulf's ordering troubles; if I haven't said enough now, I never WILL!

That was my issue exactly. It does make sense, pulling from a current title, but did raise the concern when I looked at my online invoice.

At any rate, I did receive not one, but two e-mails from Jeff last night. One to say he was forwarding my e-mail home to look into the matter further and the second, a while later, to say that the items will ship today. So, thank you, Jeff !!! I really appreciate the follow-up and am really looking forward to getting to play with my new toys !!!

@mcwulf: Don't forget about the time difference! While we have past midday now, in the US it's more or less early in the morning now, depending on the time zone. So we should at least wait this day according to Jeffs notice above (' ... International orders out by the end of Tuesday (7/11).').
When there is no info until tomorrow, I think it's time to send some more details about the order directly to Jeff, so that he can investigate the potential problems.

@Myrthe: I think I got an e-mail confirmation for mine when I ordered, but to make sure I'll double check that when I am at home again.

@jkratzer: thank you for your statement! believe me - I have checked my e-mail address more than one time, the address in my account and the invoive address is correct. no answer of my e-mail! what can i do now? last year i buy over >Do or dice< 3 fantasy floor sets, 3 fantasy starter sets, 2 Cavernous passage set, a lot of books and some stuff from mage knight. USPS ground mail (58$) an it was in ten days here. now i pay for 3 W&R sets 178$ postage three month ago (for 3-5 days delivery????) but i wait more then ten days, there is no information and, and, and...... please dont say to me you must wait or be patient or you must check... - i think DF must do now a little bit now!

@LoneStarr: its now Tuesday 9.16 morning in chicago - moday was yesterday

please excuse my tone - but i am a little bit nervous now and i look worried in the future because Mystery, Lake, DoE WE

Well I found a mail from Jeff in my inbox this evening asking for my order details. So I send them. I'll have to see what he finds out with that info. Hope that he can also confirm that it is on the way or at least find out if something went wrong (let's hope not).
