I have already contacted Thod (DF Europe), which is very serious, which is concerned with finding the best solution for the replacement of my defective pieces.

I have had only one bad piece from DF. One of my doors from my Den of Evil room set will not go all the way down because the bottom is warped. The door sticks out a lot and there is a large gap between the bottom of the door and the tile it sits on. Not a huge deal so I never said anything but that door is rarely used.

Other than that my stuff has been great.
