Looks like a lot of us have had shipping issues in the past. I do a lot of shipping for my job and short of small independent (read: expensive) local couriers, no option is that much better than any other. Whether its UPS, FedEx, DHL or the good old US Post Office, they're a mess. I've got horror stories for just about all of them.

I'm thinking my new plan will be to have DF shipments (and other high-ticket items) sent to my mother's house. She's retired, is usually home during the day and lives in a nicer, quieter part of town than I do. Also, I can turn picking up my package into a nice little visit with the woman that was so kind as to bring me into this world.
