Hey Old Man, Have you tried out the free download yet. I am kind of stoked on running the audio for the scene descriptions through my surround sound during games.

I did not try it yet.

I am not sure why there is not more interest here. It seems like what the doctor ordered

I tried opening the PDF file on my Android tablet and Note3 but each system said invalid PDF file, unable to open.

As for the KS, it's definitely worth it. Just gotta get it to work, first.

You can email them and let them know, but from what I read, they are aware of the issues, are not worried about it, and can correct them asap.

I got it on my pc to work fine. Sample does give tooo much away, but definatly lets you see the potential for greatness.

For DMs like me that end up wasting too much time searching for stuff, this will be cool.

I am also liking the KS for game masters apprentice

Another useful one for DMs

..personally i think they have made a 'fancy' but 'poor' KS video.
Does not show enough of what they promise. Why is there no 'demo' of the 'Audio Descriptions' etc.

I won't invest in something that is not presented well what it is they are making as it is likely to overflow into their products. To much style and not enough substance in that there video for my tastes.

Dandare all the info you seek is waiting for you on their ks page. There is a free download sample. There is an audio sample. There are descriptions and future plans.
Give it a second look man. All the info is there.

First comment I've heard that the video was too fancy, though I guess I (sort of) get the point. With the video we wanted to show our team's creativity, figured that would be more interesting than us sitting around a table talking about how cool our module is.

But the proof, as they say, is in the pudding, which is why you can download a sample of our first module here:

burningyeti.com/

It's only the first few pages, but it does show you the quality of the photographs, page layout and writing, and the backstory gives a pretty strong indication of the direction we're looking to take with the modules. (Spoiler alert, not for player consumption, though what module backstory is?)

There are no dungeon layouts in the sample, but the video still you see if you click the above link shows you a sample page from the full module.

As has been noted elsewhere, the sample is optimized for use with Adobe Reader on a desktop or laptop. Ultimately all the features will work on tablets as well (but at the moment the audio doesn't). You can also hear an audio sample here:

burningyeti.com/audio_sample.mp3

I encourage people to at least check out our sample material, and we are certainly open to ideas and suggestions (especially from backers, as you'll see if you follow the comments).

Yeti Jeff,
From a marketing stand point, your video is PERFECT. Its a quick catchy intro that shows your product, and gets people to look further into it.
All the info is laid out easy to find after that. One simpley has to look, click, and read.
