If the Thundercock set kept the taller walls and designed them to fit snugly with other modular 3D terrain, it would have my approval from a business perspective. I can understand how some would have a desire for such a product. However, by choosing a "competing standard" to fill the same niche, that appeal is nullified.

That's kind of you to say, but I have also been wrong and/or argumentative too. I just hope those posts are entertaining (or infrequent) enough to make up for it.

I'll also point out that if I can do something different with a new brand of modular terrain, it doesn't have to be (fully) DF compatible. For example, an Egyptian tomb or an alien hive would have to be judged solely on its own merits, because it's something DF hasn't done (yet). I have no problem putting two different brands beside each other -- but don't expect me to mix them, or to double up on the same environment.
