GriffinT, I'm really excited about your KS... when should we expect it's unveiling?... sometime in June?

@Superjman - Hopefully tomorrow sometime, actually. At least, according to GT's last update.

Tomorrow. Yikes. I am now getting butterfly in the stomach for Griffin Tamer. can't image how he is feeling with getting ready for the launch.

My house hold is pretty excited about this. funniest comment from my 13 year old. "D&D is an expensive hobby. now I know why your car is 12 years old dad"

strange how he was never concerns about $$ until he stated buying gaming accessible like DF tile. LOL

Hi Everybody!

Yes, tomorrow (Thursday, May 22) it is! 8pm Eastern, to be exact. That seems to work well for most... after work hours... but it means I can still keep an eye on things for a while after we launch in case I need to update anything, answer early questions, etc.

TK266, Butterflies? I do believe there's a griffin fledgling in there somewhere hopping around like mad! But hopefully he'll get his wings working shortly... (And thanks for sharing your kids' comments, they crack me up. My car as it happens is 13 years old... but it's really good in VT snow...)

AnimeSensei, These will be cast in a neutral gray resin. And it's quite chip resistant, I haven't had any chipping issues even deliberately bashing pieces together to test them. It is more brittle than PVC in that small parts can break-- say the hinge pin on a door if you drop it on a hard floor-- but it should stand up really well to normal table top use.

Thanks once again everyone for all the enthusiasm! Looking forward to a great campaign!

I will be in traffic as it goes live. hope all the good stuff isn't sold by the time I get home :D

the new debate in my house is painted vs. unpainted. I am leaning towards painted, but my players (sons and their friends) are pushing for unpainted. so I am excited to see the KS to see what the differences are and what we will do.

GriffinTamer,
You may want to show a video of the indestructibleness of your entrances? I can assure you this will be "top of mind" for some gamers. You may also want to make some time of statement concerning durability in print as well. I wouldn't make any guarantees just a statement about durability.

Congrats on pledge total already being into 5 figures!

I had not been following this thread closely, so the KS campaign page was my first place to see the Temple gate. Incredibly attractive and useful! Beautiful? Yes. Modular? Yes. Versatile as heck? Yes. That piece alone makes me feel great about my pledge. I'm at the elite 2 set level, but I'm going to have to add on a third I think, as the Giant's Gate looks too good to pass up.

Outstanding work, and nice Kickstarter campaign!
