He never emailed me back with his address so I couldn't go pick up the stuff he was holding for me. (I had dibs on the ice caverns) Nothing since 1/17

As I said, I have jgardner44's civic address.

I will communicate this address to people contacting me by email only if you have bought something from him and you have not yet heard from him for a very long time. Such address is to be used solely for the purpose of getting in touch with jgardner44 through mail. As Monkplayer pointed out, it is faster, simpler and safer to just cancel a Paypal payment.

You can easily find my email here.

I would do that but my payment has already been accepted and gone through so I don't have that option. I will wait a few more days before trying to mail him.

I am concerned that jgardner44's silence means that his child's health has taken a turn for the worse.

I suggest that one person contact him and gently find out what is going on. Then they can discreetly post their findings here, and the concerned parties can act accordingly.

Anybody who has contacted him by e-mail already has his name.

I want to make the point again that I'm not placing judgement on the situation, but just offering advice to those that have sent money via Paypal. To clear up the possible confusion, I didn't state earlier that you can cancel a payment via Paypal. What I stated was that you have 60 days to file a complaint with Paypal in reference to disputing a transaction. In this case the dispute would involve not receiving goods already paid for. Paypal will request a written response from the accused party. You will see their response, as well as proof that they mailed the items if this is their claim. It usually takes about 45 days to have your money returned.

I tried that as well but since I didn't get it from ebay and I chose the send money to friend and family option (so he wouldn't have to pay any fees like a seller) it won't give me the option to do that since I didn't choose the pay for items option.
