You would be very suprised as to what that would go for on ebay.
The red Dragon alone is worth over 200.00. You could probably get on
average 200.00 per set on ebay depending on which one. Abberations wont
fetch as much as giant of legend but it should even out. Of course ebay
and paypal will snatch 13 percent off the top.

As complete sets especially, this lot would likely go for several thousand on EBay. Search d&d minis lots or something similar.
The older sets tend to be competitively bidded as some collectors view them as having higher quality (a view I tend to share).

Recently a complete "Lords of Madness" set (the most recent one, albeit with a few extras and multiple copies of commons and uncommons) sold for $330.03 + $23.00 shipping. Your sets are much more exquisite.

I'm not saying there's a reason you should line Ebay's pockets and there's definitely a "hassle factor," with making a listing. I would hope that trading around with the interested parties here could get each party the best of what they want, but please know you have a unique and sought after asset.

I speak up because if I was in your shoes, I'd appreciate knowing what I have. Perhaps Noble Knight Games could give you an appraisal if you asked them what they would buy it for, or spend a month or three watching those auctions on eBay and note what they eventually sell for. It's what I do. know, I should get a life :)

Got some awesome trade offers if I didn't need money so badly I would have accepted them:( I ended up posting this on Ebay instead. Hoping it goes for something decent.

Hey I understand that blue I would of thought Biowizards offer of $1100 would of been a great offer. Feebay is going to take you for 13-14% when adding up Ebay and Paypal fees.

I appreciate Biowizards offer but I have been offered more for the collection but not quite what I feel its worth. I am hoping to get good bids on Ebay we will see. I was so tempted to take Stefans offer! By the way I wanted to post a link to the auction but is that against DF forum policy?

Here is the link to my Ebay auction.

Cool! It's true you have a very impressive collection and wish I has the cash to make an offer! Yes, it's okay to post any auction link that doesn't have competing DF items, like minis. I look forward to watching the auction and wishing I was rich to make a bid! Best of luck!

So sorry everyone who bid on my auction I had to cancel it:( I can't seem to find the second box of miniatures I had packaged and ready to ship when the Ebay listing ended:( I have been moving things to my storage unit the last week. Because of this my apartment has been a mess and my wife has been throwing things out that we no longer need.

I believe she may have inadvertently thrown half the miniatures away! I have searched everywhere the last couple days and cannot find them. I am so mad this auction was going incredibly well I have bids over $1,000.00 after a day and a half. I really needed this money. I cant believe my minis are lost:( This easily could have broken 2k or more. I am really sorry about this I have never before ended an auction early this is going to cost me a huge fee:( I had to cancel now before it got to Wednesday. I hate to disappoint:(

This reminds me of when I was on the phone with my mother and she said,"By the way I gave away your comic books because I was cleaning out the attic." I had comics from the 70's and 80's and many of my comics were bought used during this time. Some of comics were much older than the 70's. Some much for the 400+ comics I had.

I REALLY hope you find them. Man, I would even call the dump in this case. I'm SO sorry your going through this because I know how you feel.
