REAPER Miniatures 201 minis and counting for $100 2 Years, 1 Month ago
Hey folks! The Kickstarter website is doing a fundraiser for reaper Miniatures and it ends as of right now in 71 hours.

So far, you can get some BRAND NEW designed miniatures as well as other miniatures for $100 and it includes 205 miniatures in the Vampire Level package.

The Kickstarter campaign is helping Reaper with new molds and expanding their Bones line quicker with more new minis.

Here's the website:

I wonder if DF could do something like this to have more options of DF sets?

But yeah it's an awesome deal. Going with the vampire level + clockwork
dragon and 2 of the paint sets. I'm tempted to get the undead dragon but
for sheer size but I have my DnD mini from war of the dragon queen already.

Yes Im in at the vampire level also. Still tring to decide what else to get. Im glad they are not shipping till March, I was looking at my paints the other day (I have not painted in awhile) and 70% of them are dried out. At least I will have time to buy new paints and brushes. We still have 2 days, cant wait to see how high it will go. Its up to 210 mins now, that makes it $0.48 per mini, thats a awesome deal!!

Now that I've taken the plunge which paints will work best with these plastic minis? Oh, and the glue to put them together? Anything else that might be needed?

The Reaper Master Series HD line works amazingly well. Good for base layer, washes and dry rushing. Unfortunately that is not the line in the Kickstarter. Those are the regular Master Series. Which are still good but more transparent, you need to layer up for complete coverage. Still, I ordered three sets to complement my HD paints. You can get the entire HD line in two sets that retail for $50 or so, cheaper on eBay.
For glue, try Games Workshop glue. Made for minis.

Arcarius, Thanks for the info. I'll do checks on eBay for the paints.

So the Games Workshop glue works well? I have never used it.
