Where can I buy inexpensive pre-painted town folk 25 mm miniatures like baker, serving wench, farmer, commoner, weapon smith, boys, girls, women, men, etc? these would be miniatures you would expect to be roaming the streets of a typical village or town.

In my experience the words "inexpensive" and "prepainted" seldom come together. I bought my townsfolk miniatures from mega miniatures except for my tavern workers - they came from reaper. They were cheap but they were all unpainted.

Jericho is right. Hard to find inexpensive prepainted minis unless you get really lucky on eBay. Doubly so for townsfolk or commoners. And I second his choice of MegaMiniatures. Good selection at cheap prices. Just brush up on your painting skills. No pun intended. Check out his eBay store.
There are painting services out there but I have never used the and am not sure of the pricing. It can't be cheap though but it may be worth it vs your time spent painting.
