Looking for a miniature - Attic Whisperer 2 Years, 8 Months ago
The description: "This thing resembles a gray, emaciated child, with cobwebs and dust for clothes and a fox skull for a head."

An illustration:

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

None of these are really close, but might do in a pinch:

Kobold Zombie
Quickling
Dwarf Skeleton (snip off the axe?)
Quasit (painted white?)

These are all DDM figures.
Hope this helps!

If you're a modeller this is what I'd do:

Buy a pack of Kobolds. Select the most appropriate one(s), snip the head(s) off and replace with a skull(s). Possibly drape the figure in a trimmed down piece of kitchen roll tissue paper that has been drenched in pva and then use a metal probe to drape the tissue around the kobold to make it look like a shawl.

Leave to dry then paint.

Or just use a goblin figure proxy and tell your players to use their imagination! :)

The D&D miniature that i think it resembles the most is the Kobold Sorcerer.

I would attach a pic but i cant atm (ipad wont let me) so here is a link to the miniature gallery that it is in.

Thanks for all of the great suggestions everyone! In the end I was inspired by David's idea. After reading his post in dawned on me that I had a box of the Caesar miniatures Undead 1:72 scale miniatures. Also, in my hobby box I found these miniatures plastic skulls I bought off of ebay that are slightly larger than the one on the Ceasar miniature. So I swapped them (big head little body looks more like a child) and did the tissue idea that Dave put me on to and ended up with this. I haven't applied a wash yet - not sure if I want to. I like the idea of something so creepy looking bright like it does. It stands a little past a human adult DnD mini's waist. Later after it dries I will throw up some pics of it next to another mini. I might get out the super sculpy and try to make a little teddy bear to go along with it (which will end up being an animated object ready to attack my players).
