YES! Something in stock!

I picked up a few Ice Cavern Sets, and since I was paying shipping anyways, I napped me a ruins set as well.

Since it is not winter in my campaign, I am thinking the party should find some ruins that descend into some caverns where something is causing the temperature in said caverns to drop, thus making use of all my new DF loot.

Finally, I can do big setups that are not villages.

Indeed! (I've always wanted an excuse to use Icingdeath in an adventure :)

My characters are only level 3 to 4 - I think Icingdeath would kill them!

Yeah I think I just doubled my collection too. Went to order 3 ice cavern sets and ended up ordering an additional 8 others! Ordering all the other limited edition sets so I make sure I don't miss out on any of them.

One concept I was thinking, instead of down (which would coincide with becoming warmer), the ice cavern could exist at an altitude -- such as up in a mountain.

You actually could start with ice cavern, descend to a normal cavern, and then end at hellscape.

Yes, That's an Awesome Idea! Reminds me of the battle Gandalf has with the Balrog...

Stefan thinks it is an awesome idea for everyone to buy 5 more sets than they planned, HAHA!

Since Drizzt and Wulfgar have already slain him, are you going to bring him to game as an undead dragon?? I am thinking along the lines of Dragotha.......

Don't play in the Forgotten Realms, so he will be Icingdeath in my evil DM mind only....some other large, not too bright gargantuan White Dragon for my players :)

So my ruins set and my 2 Ice Caverns sets arrived today.

Holy &$^#!!! The Ice Caverns are freaking amazing! If you hold it up to the window and let sunlight shine on it, a huge smile will form on your face - trust me. With this being my first caverns set, I was pleasantly surprised to find the pieces are 4x4 instead of 2x2 - 2 sets is going to allow me to make massive setups! The change over pieces for dungeon and regular caverns will really help make these pieces even more useful.

I cannot say enough good things about this set.

Now I am depressed that it is going to be a few weeks until I run (gotta wait my turn in our GM rotation, and Christmas/New Years tends to kill gaming for a couple weeks as well). But...when I do finally run it is gonna be epic! (and you can bet it will involve ruins and Ice Caverns!)

Eric

Hopefully you will be posting some pics of the Ice Cavern Set, too. We europeans out here still have a long time to wait for them...

I will post pics once I use them - though it will be sometime in January before it is my turn to GM again and I set them up.
