Can't Find a Cool Gaming Accessory and don't know 2 Years, 12 Months ago
I remember in a Dragon Mag a couple of years ago an item to help record a player's flight height while using a flying spell. This item was really cool. It was shaped like a small clear tube. The clear tube was about 2" round and about 4' tall. You would set the tube on it's bottom end, and the mini would stand on the top end of the tube. You would have two different rubber rings that you would adjust on the outside of the tube to display the player's flying height. One ring was for tens of feet and the other single feet.

Does anyone know about this item? Where can I find it? Or can you look it up in a Dragon Mag? Or do you know of a similar item that could do the same thing?

Thank to all my new friend here on Dwarven Forge that have already treated me like part of your family. You all have already been very helpful and nice!

I have also ordered one as well, flying is getting more prevalent in our current campaign so I shall give it a try.

I have always kept my old dice containers on hand to track flying height ! I take the base off of the box and set a dice facing up to show the number of squares of elevation the figure is at. Cheek and easy

There is also this product should you want to see your figures actually elevated above the game surface. It can also handle large/huge/gargantuan size minis.

combat tiers. Wow! I wish I had seen these first. But it is 3 times the price of elevation tube.

I think that the elevation indicator is far more DF friendly, you can use it in tight places, vs the large footprint of the combat tiers. But if you really want to fly that gargantuan black dragon.....
It's more for those special battles.
