Buying Dwarven Forge new and used product HELP! 3 Years, 3 Months ago
I'm working on getting a large allotment of Dwarven Forge material. I'm buying numerous new products and even looking for used materials. What does everyone recommend I start with for a Pathfinder roleplaying game? I also need bulk figurines and outdoor materials like Trees, rocks, grass, etc. How are you all setting up your landscapes? Are you building the pathway on 4X8 plywood? Where are you storing your stuff? Any and all suggestions are very welcome! Please reply.

Check the How Do I Use This Stuff section of the forum. Lots of answers there for those questions.
Personally, I would go with Room and Pasages, Rooms, Ruins, and Caverns when that one is back in stock. Buying used is hit and miss. I scored on ebay recently but I doubt that will ever happen again like that. Be warned, ours is an addictive hobby. I started just a few months ago and now have 14 sets and always looking to dd more. For things like trees etc, try model train diorama supplies.
Welcome to the addiction!

Welcome to our mentally sick and depraved addicts of Dwarven Forge!!!!

Considering DF setups are of the highest quality here are a few sites you may want to browse for accessories matching the same high level quality:

Hope this helped.

I've been using a lot of the Return of the Ancient sets in Pathfinder Society games, as the whole explore the ancient world fits nicely with that.

Here's one of the first games I used it for:

I've now looked at all the links. Wow! I'm going to be a broke individual for the next couple of years! if my "rich uncle died in the poor house" I could spend $5000 and have a fraction of what I wanted. Ofcourse I would need another house to store all the cool stuff! Thanks dndgamer!
