Always on the look out for accessories to dress up my DF set ups, came across this link on the Frothers website.
aurora-model.jp/e-accessory.html

Anyone ordered from them? Any reports?

Have some cute stuff there :) Specially this one....a good fit for the Tavern set? :P

my only concern is scale....i think you might have to be a little careful and look at the sizing of the individual pieces to see if it will work well with DF :)

The scale listed on some of the accessories is 1:48.
25mm scale is 1:72.

But be sure to check out "Hexsystem Accessories" for a couple of items that might go nicely, including 1/2-pillars that go against the walls.

Isn't 1:72 closer to. 22.4mm
and 1:64 is 25mm and 1:58 is 28mm

Hehehe, that will learn me to read, it was staring me in the face... 1:48 or learn me to post before my first bit of Caffine.

in general 1/48 = 33.5mm its a a scale for aircraft kits and there is some railroad gauge as well.

So while it may techinally be to big sometimes things that by scale are too big look ok, becuase of a figures base etc. It's close to O scale model railroad stuff, which many times works ok, it don't hink it would look more out of place than the 1/2 scale doll house Furniture , and much of that works well.

1:72
1" to 72"
1" to 6'

2.54 cm to 1"
25.4 mm to 1"

25mm ~ 6'

25mm = 1:72 scale
QED

-------------------------------------------------------

A 25mm figure is going to be about a third of an inch shorter than a 33mm figure, and a 28mm figure will be about a fifth of an inch shorter.

However, as we are talking about accessories, it may not be too big a difference. One might have to keep furniture from different lines in different rooms, but other than that...

I really like the two tables, and the discarded clothing by the bed is a great idea that not only lends realistic detail, but also puts out bait that no self-respecting thief could pass up.

I've bookmarked the site for possible future purchases.

I've always associated 1/72 to about 1/76 with roughly 20mm scale gaming

1/56 with generally 28mm stuff although with some of my modern gaming, I've been using 1/43 cars....technically too big, but they look pretty good, specially since most of my figures are slotta based and are generally on a base, which jacks them up a little anyway :)

From their website, it looks like the scale varies with the figure. Some are 38mm, some are 32mm. That girl in bed looks great, but she might be a pretty big girl in 28mm scale.
