Hell , they just posted 2 pics of the new ice and scavenger dragons coming in series 6 , and a fellow board member took a pic of the warrior dragon , whats your opinion on them?

I like the ice dragon , but the scavenger is freakin' awesome!! , Not sure about the warrior though , pic is kinda blurry and we are still missing the fossil boxed set.

Ooho! Thanks for the pic!

I saw the Scavenger and the Ice the other day, but the Warrior is new to me. I'm with you, I agree that the Warrior is kinda dull. I am not sure what it is about it, but it just seems...bland.

The other three seem pretty great. The Hunter is a bit too similar to what we've seen already -- it's very nice, and if it were in Series 1 or 2 I'd be really psyched for it, but by this time it feels like "Yeah, I'll get it, but..." The Scavenger seems pretty cool, I like the vaguely vulturish look of the face, and it would make a great Dracolich substitute or something along those lines (or Chaos Dragon for GW fans).

But I really, really like the Ice dragon. It's the closest thing this line has produced, I think, to a classic TSR-style dragon, just a perfect White Dragon. The first Sorcerer Clan was a decent Red, the latest Berserker is a decent Green, and the first Komodo could pass for a Blue in a pinch. But really, nothing has seemed like it was straight out of the 1st Edition Monster Manual like this Ice Clan. It's just 95% of the way to being a White Dragon.

I'm really psyched to see how the line continues, I can't believe we're getting TWO more waves this year, including a 12" dragon in the fall! Very cool stuff.

I actually like that McF's dragons don't fit into the TSR mold -- I think it adds variety and choices for GMs.

The Scavenger does look absolutely terrific. I like figures of dragons in flight, and this is a good pose that will work nicely on a gaming table.

The Ice has some really nice features, especially the hairy limbs and underside. I do wish they'd stop putting people on the dragons and/or bases, though, as it significantly reduces the game utility of the pieces. Still, these aren't meant to be gaming accessories, so...

As for the Warrior, McF seems to like the whole "tame" dragon (or maybe it's "enslaved" dragon) concept, so they keep making them. Personally, I don't care for them (see above). The armor is vaguely interesting, but the whole piece would appeal more to me without the rider -- a dragon that has chosen to wear armor, and arranged to have it made, is much more interesting to me than a dragon that is being kept and outfitted by human(oid) masters.

The Hunter is in a fairly convincing about-to-pounce crouch, and some of the details (short neck?, stunted wings with long spikes) work for it, but I agree that it isn't a must-have.
