Hey all, I just moved to Spokane Washington and am looking to start up a new D&D group. I have tons of DF stuff and hundreds of minis and enjoy weaving a complex plot of intrigue in my campaigns. If you are interested send me a PM and we'll get this thing started! Thanks!!

Where are you living?
The Valley, South Hill, North Side, Out West?

What is the main shoppe up there now?
I have not been in Spokane for a while.
Is Gorilla Bob's over on Division still around?
Is Merlyn's still down across the river from downtown?
White Elephant on Sprague was not a game store, but it had a fair number of new gaming product on clearance consignment.

If you DMMJ and/or your significant other like chocolate, do not miss Boehms in the Skywalk downtown.
Excellent Swiss chocolate!

DMMJ, you missed the excellent 2D terrain company, Skeleton Key Games; it moved to LA last year just in time for Katrina.
Ed Bourelle's wife got into a graduate program at LSU so SKG moved way south from Spokane.

I do not know how many gamers are still in the area.
Fairchild AFB has suffered a bit from the BRAC closures over the years and that has reduced the number and quality of games present in the area.

Check down in Cheney at EWU; there might still be a gaming club there.
Otherwise just try to find all of the gaming shoppes.

You might want to also check just over the border in Coeur d'Alene for any gamers; NIC is there.

Thanks for all the good suggestions. I am living in the Valley-just off Dishman-Mica road. I haven't had a chance to scout the area for good game stores yet-looked in the yellow pages and found your typical trains/RC car stuff. So I'll have to check them out.

What is NIC?

Thanks again!
