M. Tom -

1. I know we are pretty egalitarian here at the DF Forum, but YOU deserve a LOT of respect, hence, M. Tom instead of just plain Tom.
2. I have GOT to get my French back; I had 3 years of it in High School (en Lycee), mais je ne parle pas Francais! Tres mal!
3. YOU, sir, have (as I have said before) an INCREDIBLE collection of 'goodies' for gaming! I know wargaming and minatures gaming are much bigger in Europe than in the US, but MAN! you have amassed a wonderful set of toys!

See ya!

Tom,

Great set up, it just shows that it takes a village to raise a campaign right. Nice set-ups.

Quick, Tom get the bucket!
I'm drooling all over the floor - watch out, the floorboards are warping!

Sorry; get the carpenter, I'll pay for the new floor. Well, no actually, you should pay part of it, after all, YOU caused me to drool so much!

Seriously, Tom, that is an EXCELLENT village, and the painting is either superb, or you have hidden your mistakes VERY WELL.

See ya!

Tom,

I agree with Jim on this one, sans bucket! It's always great to view your posts and setups.

The small/minute details that you include in your medieval/fantasy setups always seem to add an additional element of authenticity and realism to them.

Such rich details I will presume are (for the most part) available to those who are fortunate enough to be surrounded by/live near such history, while having a significant interest and knowledge of it as well.
Being able to display them so well/effectively is a testament to your exceptional collection, combined with an equally impressive amount of creativity and skill.

When viewing your setups, I for one always find or see some new setup detail or a "must-have" miniature or model piece.
Practice areas, logical/defensible town layouts and the exceptional paint jobs/colouration on your buildings are just a few examples of the remarkable details you add.

Thanks again Tom, for posting your awesome setups here! They're appreciated.
