Ladies and Gentlemen, dammen und herren, fans of 1e from around the globe, I hereby announce the grand opening of the new Delver's Dungeon website at www.thedelversdungeon.com . Come on by, we've got it all! Some stuff isn't quite working yet so pardon our dust as we rebuild things from the old decrepit site (well, decrepit from a design standpoint).

For interested parties (and hey, who's not interested?) I'm redoing the reviews of Dwarven Forge items in a slightly more professional manner and including everything in my collection (yes!). That'll be up in a week or so.

So stop on by and say howdy! Oh, there's forums, too! www.thedelversdungeon.com/forums

See you there!

Sweet! A 1st edition D&D website that uses frames! It's like my own personal time machine! :)

Seriously though, I checked it out and it's a nice little site. Rock on.

Aha but I bet you can't find the frames - and no peeking at the source code! :P :)

YC and TDD;

I visited both of your web sites, and they look good! I didn't get much chance to explore (I have to work SOMETIMES here at work!), but I'll be digging in deeper soon.

YC: Writer? And to think, you seemed such a . . . normal person.
Hey, if you can make a living at it, GO FOR IT! I usually get to chapter 2 (on a good roll) and the whole thing breaks down - probably because as a former broadcaster and a former police officer, I was trained for "short, sweet, and to the point!" in my writing.
Watch Commanders do NOT like the Great American Novel in an incident report!
Good luck at the keyboard, YC. I'll be looking for your works, now that I know what name to look for.

TDD: The design works, even with frames, even with an antiquated network that doesn't allow half the goodies that HTML and other code over the Web provides.

See ya, guys!

Hey! Take that back!

Thanks for the encouragement. I've had a few short stories published, but no luck so far on either of the two novels I've finished. (Of course, I have yet to start shopping the second one around, so to be fair to myself, it still has a shot at getting published.)

I have a few stories on the site as well, if anyone's in a reading mood.

YC, if any of us were truly NORMAL, d'ya think we'd be hanging around here?

For that matter, would Stefan be making such wonderful goodies? Would Jeff be beating his brains out trying to sell them without screwing either Us or his business associates, such as Stefan, Mari, Lori, Dave, or anyone else?

So much for normal! Besides, normal is no fun; normal is what my second wife was, and I've been happily divorced from HER for 11 years!

See ya!
