Maybe if they did do another standalone room like the OD they could do it slightly larger, say 40' X 50' . the walls could be a combo of some stone like the dungeons, wood on floors and some on the walls for an INN feel and a few tapistrys and maybe a window or painting for another building such as a librray, lab or temple. Furniture could fill the gaps, but it would be generic enough for many theams. I would also toss in the idea that it could have more than one entrance so you could either put a short deadend or maybe add some rooms for the sleeping quarters off to the side or storage room. The ogres Den could even be used as Larger quarters for a few GP's more. What do you think?????

I like the idea of an inn, but would be pretty costly. Most inns are fairly large, at least 80'x100'.

I'd get it. (and so would you guys!!!! :D )

At least they did not produce the "arena". "Honey I need $800......

I really would like a small Tavern in the style of Ogres Den......Twice the size
12x12 squares. twice the cost $120....????

Yup, I'd pay that for a nice tap-room with a bar and all that other nice stuff whitewind described........................ :D

...<Tap...Tap...Taping on the Computer Screen>... Hey DF You Guys Listening? We Seem To be Talking about a Tavern/ Inn Again...<Chuckle>...

I Have been wanting this From the Begining, I THink it Could Be Very Useful, but I Still THink Making a Modular Indoor/ Above Ground Building Set Would be Really Kewl... You Know For Inns, Taverns, Warehouses, Apartments, Estate Houses What ever...

Have to agree here that this would be better. I like having the flexibility it would provide. Not that you can't use a room set, but it would be nice to have a wood or flagstone exterior.

Yup... I Have thought about Getting Some Pieces And Painting them a Little Differently for Exterior Walls, (Just the Outsides), Which Could Make a Differnce when setting up a Little Village or Similar, but it would be Kewl to Have some Alternate Textures as Well... Although I Guess a Small amount of Putty Could Give you Adobe exteriors...Hmmm... I'll have to give that some more Thought...

About the stand alone (non-Flexable) ogres den-like Tavern.

I just really really really want one............(No attempts at clever reasons why or logic............) :D

I feel better already......................

My post sounded like the furniture would be inset like the OD but it should just be stand alone like a set itself so if you wanted to the larger room could be a underground temple or a ritzy library. If it had one or two exits the short Dead Ends would make a nice nitch for a large shelf or maybe an altar. I agree would rather have the pieces to make wood buildings and such but that may take years, even if it were a priority. This would be great in the short term. Maybe if enough of us request it and comit they could do a limited run of something like that. Would be expencive no doubt but I am sure they would sell the sets as soon as they hit the site...
