Great job Dwarf, on both the casting and the painting!! I would love to see your examples of the other narrow passage pieces when you have them completed.
You nailed it!

Thanks Galadrill, Feymous and Arcarius!
But I won't do the other pieces of the Narrow Passage Set, in fact I will buy the set since it's much more stable. All those free standing 'colums' in that set easily rip off of the floor tile which I know will happen with my players because they love to fiddle around with the pieces. Especially since they don't have their own DF toys.
I will rather continue with single special pieces and/or special rooms like those shown on the HA website. I am especially interested in finding a way to make a sort of elevated network of rooms without something like styrofoam but instead some colums.
Here goes the next piece I did:

I like that stair. The arch on the back is a nice touch. Will that connect to another arch piece for a crawl space?

Thanks Luckyjoe!
I was thinking of exactly just that. Another 100% identical piece would let me make a stair with a small platform on the top where miniatures could be placed.
On the other hand, the platform as it is now ends exactly at the top of a wall section of a DF tile...which gives me a lot of new possibilites...

Re:Painting Tests with Hirst Arts 1 Year, 2 Months ago
After a longer break from using Hirst Arts, I decided to build myself my first unique room.
Since DF doesn't have any round rooms yet I tried to go for one and this is what I came up with. Again the height of the room itself fits excellently but the color is a bit off. Nothing I couldn't live with though.

Now I only need to glue the plastic card to the bottom and paint it matching to it. I will also make some stairs too, so you get the impression you are inside a small tower. Since I already own a GW Tower though, that wasn't my primary objective (it is shown in a different post here).

Well done. I love mixing Hirst and DF and with the Pokorny paints coming out matching colors will even be easier. Once again, nice work. At some point I need to post some pictures.

Here I present the newest work which I did with Hirst Arts after painting my 3 sets of Game Tiles with some add-ons in one week.

I tried to paint it matching the GT, but it didn't match 100%. Still you can see my GT on the left while an original corridor on the right.
