I went to the extreme and created a magnetically receptive table and use rare earth magnets on the bottom of unstable pieces, and yes, trees were the biggest culprit. The trees wouldn't fall over if the table was flipped over. I have magnet on the bottom of all sort of different terrain pieces, but not DF pieces.

In short, I bought a huge piece of sheet metal and put my super-sized Chessex water-marker mat on top of it. I super glued small rare earth magnets to the bottom of various trees, maybe 100 of them. Rare earth magnet aren't cheap so it could be a costly solution.

Some day I'll make a video of all of this. :)

I agree with Taltos- Thraug is a crazy person. And I'm sure I don't need to say this to a bunch of RPG geeks, but I mean that as only the highest of compliments.

If anyone is after Barrels in various sizes. Small treasure chests, sacks and other bits. Try Irregular Miniatures in the UK. Made for their historical wargaming they have a mix of sizes and styles mixed in their ranges.

The website is not the greatest. They also do beds and tables and chairs.

Perhaps there are some for flower arrangements that would be the right size.
