I have alot of Master Maze stuff, but I don't use it as much as I would like because most of my games are not at my house. Whats the best way to store and transport MM? Anyone have any ideas? Love the new site BTW.

I use those white "bankers boxes" with 4 levels of Beer can cardboard trays. (warstiener works best) These each hold lottsa wall pieces.

For the cavens just stack them with old towells between each level.

I game out of town (60 miles) and usually bring 4 of such boxes with 2 fishing tackle boxes of minis. Oh yea plus my books and stuff. (Another two boxes)

It was a lot of fun before plastic minis. Hauling all 800 lbs. of lead around.

-- I don't have to do this much recently as my buddy has gotten his own impressive set of dwarven Forge. (And about a 1,000 D&D minis!!!)

Belive it or not all that stuff fits into a 4 door honda.

Cheers!

These limp out of plastic are on casters. They are not expensive and can contain much decorations. The second photo watch my limp for 22 sets of DF but 10 of more could return there

a guy at a con who used milk crates. He just placed them inside without any padding. He said they don't get chipped! I would probably use some towels or something.

Also, note that our future releases will feature smaller packaging so it will be easier to carry.

I've kept my boxes and that's the way I haul my DF stuff around.

By the by, Admin, if you're reading this is there any chance I can get a replacement box for my Cavern Set? The cardboard box got soaked with water on the bottom and rendered unusable, and the styrofoam trays are getting beat to hell.

TIA!

See us at our booth at either Origins or GenCon. We might have an extra box for you. Sorry to hear about your soggy caverns.

I too use the boxes that the stuff came in. Otherwise I would never be able to find the pieces that I needed. I am running out of storage space where they are now and will need to rearrange them or find a new spot.

Agh! Can't make it to either. Fortunately the caverns were untouched and the styrofoam was merely dampened. You wouldn't be headed to the Milwaukee Gamefest, would you?

I use the original boxes with a couple of modifications.
First I reinforced all of the edges and corners with a heavy duty clear tape. I cut off all of the boxtop flaps. Then I labeld the styrofoam lids so I can easily find sets.

Then for transport I use two wide cargo straps that go around the stack of boxes. That seems to keep them together very well and you can carry them easily. A dolly on ocasion has been very sueful.

Buy those plastic cupboards with the pullout translucent drawers they work fine for me, you just need to have one of those elastic ropes to make sure the drawers dont spill out and make them stand up straight.
