Brvheart,

I Hear ya on that... It Really Gets Crazy if People do not pitch in somehow... I Actually Considered Looking into a Used Soda/Snack Machine at one Point... No Room Now Of Course, but I would Still Consider it in the Future when I Have my "Ultimate" Game Room... Which Of Course Brings Us Back on Topic in that I Would Love to Have Several Large Tables Within the Room For DF and Mini Display...

Guest,

Wow, Dedicated Player... But I Think I understand, I mean DF is Soo Kewl Why Not Own Some too Right?

I thought about the pop machinem but the printer won out. This gets most to bring something to drink. I only charge those that don't contribute.

When My Wife and I First Married She Was NOT into Gameing, and Had No Use For it, but she was Raised in a Very Traditional Southern Home and was Horrified at the Thought That If I Gamed Weekely that our "Guests" would Expect her to Play Hostess Every Time... (Not Cause She Did not Wish to, but because she Knew we Could Not Afford it and thought that it was Natural for Guests to Expect to be Catered to)... It took a Long time to Convince her that we Did not have to Have Dinner Ready For them, Provide Snacks and Beer etc... Once She Began to Play She let go of Some Of that, but if We Could Afford to I Think Every Game Session would be a Serious Social "Event".... <Chuckle>... I Love my Wife...

Hey, my wife is from Dallas et al. We at least have the meat portion of dinner every week! Although we do ask people to contribute. It took her about a year to get into gaming after we got married. Now their is no stopping her. grr, this is what I get trying to post after I take my sleeping pill, can't think.

What Happens Exactly, (Besides Falling Asleep of Course...<Smirk>...), After Taking the Sleeping Pill? Message was Legible... Anyway, It is Great when Everyone Pitches in... Just Hate Taking Breaks For Actual Dinner... Of COurse that is Preferable to the Alternative which is Greasy Fingers and Game Supplies...

You means besides from not being able to read the screen and having to retype every other word five times? Not much  We don't take much of a break. Just grab a paper plate and eat at the table. I try to stay away from foods that are too greasy, save for the brisquet about once a month.

Roger That... But Some How the Most Innocent Foods are Grease Ladden or Sticky... Or Maybe I am Just That Anal... But My First Choice is All Food Stays Off of Game Surface... (Not that this actually Happens, but it is my First Choice... TV Trays work rather Nicely).... But I suppose I will have to add a Sink to the "Ultimate Game Room" for that Lotto-future I Keep Talking about...<Grin>...
