Hi folks,

Other than DF's 'Dungeon Accessories' and 'Medieval Furniture' sets, what do people use for 'trimmings' for their fantasy setups? I've got a few barrels, chests and stuff from a variety of sources (Wargames Foundry and Ebob Minis), anda couple of tables, and benches, but what about other stuff? Any links to any manufacturers with useful stuff please?

Medieval Buildings Set, Caverns x2, Cavernous Passages, Room and Passage, Deluxe Room, Octagonal Room, Narrow Passages, Advanced Builder, Wicked Additions I, Wicked Additions II, Traps I, Traps II, lots of individual pieces. I want Cavernous Rivers, and Cavernous Lakes, and Cavernous Ledges. Can you tell that I like caverns?

Miniature Building Authority sells nice tables with food laid out on them, and farm tools and implements, as well as a few other small items that might be useful. I've purchased them mainly from seller Markframpton on ebay, though many other internet sellers also sell them off ebay. I also found the Mage Knight traps set and Mage Knight accessories set very useful. The first has several different traps (some of which can be used for other purposes, like a cage, some mechanical devices, etc.). The second one has some pools, an idol, an altar and some other items. Both sets come painted and sell for anywhere from about $4 to $13.

Phil,

Like Zoro Says, MBA has Some Very Pretty New Items available, And I Find the Mage Knight Accessories Sets to be Really Useful and reasonably Priced... One of the Great Things Available in one of the Accessory Sets From WK (Wiz Kids, the Makers of Mage Knight), are the Tables and Chairs... You Get Two Long Tables and Four Chairs in Each Set... Also One of them has a Really Nice Throne... Between 3 of those Sets and One of the MBA Sets I Have Plenty of Tables and Chairs for Most Situations... Not to Mention all of the Great Traps that Come in their Trap Set... Admittedly they are Not as Kewl as the DF Traps, But they Have a Few things Not Found in DF such as Flame Jets, Floor Spikes and a Pretty Kewl Spining Blade Trap... I Have Three Sets of their Traps and I Love them...

Also there are a Couple of Nifty Odds and Ends in the WK Heroclix Accesory Sets, most of Which is more Modern, but the Bookcase is very Nice, and For the Sci-Fi sets the Soda Machine Desk, and Computer all Work well...

Also if You are Willing/Able to Do the Ebay thing, there are Often a lot of Hero Quest Pieces available Cheap if You are Not Looking for the Whole Boxed set... These require a little Help, but There are some Great Set Pieces available like the Sarcophagus, Wizards Tome, Torcher Rack and Armour/Weapon Stand... Any of Which Would be Great to Have Multiples of... Also the Tables that they Have Are Large (Tall), so they Make Passable Beds...

And of Course Grendle has a lot of Great Furniture, but it is not Painted, if that is Not An Issue Check it out...

Megaminiatures have some nice stuff and rather inexpensive. (But) it is more 25mm "oldstyle" compared to newer 28-30mm miniatures.

Plastic or resign? Plastic no, sorry, no idea.

By the way, Megaminis is pewter.

Forget to mention Fenryll: also has furniture even "complete" buidling(-interiors). Resign. 25-28 mm.
