Yay Cavernous Passages! W00t! Looks better then I imagined :)

But i've a question. The plastic that it all comes wrapped in, should I keep it?

Aaaand, sadly some of the resign has bits in it. Nothing major. Just a little annoyance. But all in all, Im more then happy. w00t

When you say "bits in it", are you referring to bits/chunks of resin in the puddles?

Little bits of grit.
The ocational puddle has something in it. Like a piece of debris. About the size of a grain of sand. Nothing major, cant even notice them from further away

MrThou,

Pretend that they are Meant to be there?...<Grin>...

And I Whole Heartedly Agree with WillyPold, the Cavernous Passages are Awesome, But Combined with the Caverns themselves... WOW!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Now you can enter in to the madness the rest of us have.

If you take decent care of the box and the foam, no, you do not need the plastic bags.

My suggestion is sort of like L's, but I do not say pretend.
More likely than not, you have over-analyzed what you can see; they really do belong.
I have seen the bits, but did not "see" them as a potential problem until after you said what you said.
I hope the bits will not make or break your enjoyment of Master Maze.

Now, you have your Cavernous Passages and your first DoE Room & Passage is on its way, right?
Then for the rest of your main "five", you just need to take aim at:
*Fantasy Room & Passage
*Cavern
and if you are a mainly fantasy player, I will then bow to Dudebird's suggestion of:
*Deluxe Room Set
not because it will give you a room or two (other sets can do that better), but because you will have the torches and brackets which work well in a fantasy setting.

With the aforementioned change and your desire for a second DoE R&P set, I would make these sets as your next five:
*Second DoE R&P
*Advanced Builder
*Wicked Additions I
*Wicked Additions II
*Octagonal Room

The big deal here though MrThou is that if you can get any of these sets in some way at 25% or more off of the suggested retail price, forget the order on this list and get them.
Acquisition at a lower price is more important than any particular acquisition order.
You may end up with sets at first that you will need more creativity to use, but you will then have more funds available to buy more sets sooner rather than later this way.
Bon chance!

Nah, the crap in my pool isnt enough to be bitter about. And I'm deffinatly getting a second DoE, a cavern or two, maybe another passages. And then the rivers when they come.

Now a little history of why I bought it.
A few years back, I believe '03, I went down to Origins. Maybe 02? I cannot recall. None the less, I was hanging our with Jolly R of KenzerCo fame, and had bought some Gold Plated Dice the day before. Me and Jolly where headed out to dinner, or maybe Jolly and Stefan where. *Scratches his head* Well, blurry memory clarified: My friend Gabe, Jolly R, Stefan and I all went to dinner. Being poor (due to gold plated dice) Stefan made me an offer "Roll a 15+ on your Gold d20, and I shall buy you and your friend dinner" A 16 later, I was eatin free! Huzzah.
Hung around, heard some cool stories, and the cost of the Gladiator Arena (woah...). And promised I'd eventually buy his product. And here I am. Took me awhile, but atleast it happened ;)

So your focus and priority is the Cavern MM then?
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Cavern MM is really good so far, and I expect that it will continue to grow well.
Stefan says he will have two new Cavern MM sets out for us by the end of the year so that is good for us.

What games are you playing if you do not mind answering?
The near complete focus on Cavern MM is rare here so it is provoking some curiosity.

It is great to hear about folks who still uphold a "gentleman's promise" in this day and age.

Well, I dont know what games I'm going to be useing my MM stuff for. However, I like the look of the caravans more, and would find an excuse to use them. Or, buy two of the passages, and rooms. Then check out the lakes and rivers when they come. Then expand more into the dungeons.

I must admit that my memory is a little bit foggy from that evening (much, much beer) but it does ring a few bells...I think I was pretty late to the booth the next day...anyway...it's good to have you with us Mr. Thou!

Ooookay.
I understand that a bit - I have heard it often enough from others in their buying of gaming supplies and items.
Sounds expensive though.
I have never bought in that fashion myself.

So, you like Caverns, well then as L or MLV said once before, you can custom tailor your adventures to always be in such an environment then.

You have commented here on the Sci-Fi Master Maze before, but it sounds from your postings including this last one, that you are more of a Fantasy gamer.
This is true?

Im an 'anything' gamer. The Sci-Fi sets just dont lappeal to me to much. Though I am bidding on three sets Sci-Fi Starter Set, Sci-Fi Passage Set, Sci-Fi Alpha Expansion Set.

Maybe having them in my hands will change my mind. But if it doesnt, I can just sell them. Or give them away as presents ;)
