Q: Could you guys possibly create a "Passage Traps" set? (ie: No short walls, no corners, plus applicable traps). The existing sets come with a lot of stuff I won't use and not enough magnetic walls.

A: we are planning a walls only set, so one without floor for those of you who don’t need any additional floors, but it is unlikely that we will have an add-on in the specific combination that you are requesting.

FROM 06/20/17 LIVESTREAM

Q: Do you plan on making longer passage wall length over 2” with the metal plates on the base of them and magnetic versions?

A: Yes there are magnetic versions, but currently there is no plans for pieces greater than 2” long. However, if the 2” piece is a wild success, then there is a possibility of longer pieces down the line.

-----

Q: Can you build a complete dungeon with the passage walls to create a true 1” square grid dungeon?

A: YES. This the holy grail for some people. Yes this can be done.

Q/A - Passage Walls / Corners

Post by JenneyOC » Tue Jun 20, 2017 11:36 pm

Q: passage walls: are they to be used along floors and on the boarder of trays or other mat? Are there other uses foreseen ?

A: The passage walls are the full height of a normal wall and are designed to create passages with full access to the grid. This allows you to place the many trap floor tiles down with out the need to make 4" or 6" wide hallways. The tab goes under the floor tiles to help with stability.

-----

Q: Just a little confused about how the straight passage pieces work together? I see by the pictures that they just have a thin lip of metal (?) with no dwarvenite covering them....

A: one passage wall on either side of a standard 2x2 floor tile, with the little tab going beneath the floor tile, for stability. They slide under floor/wall tiles to form additional walls.

-----

Q: The passage inside and outside corners don't have the little tab for going beneath the floor tile to help with stability? Why is that?

A: After testing, it was determined they don't need the tabs to stand and going tables makes them usable anywhere as freestanding walls. More versatile!
