Water features:
Flooded floors, flooded wall tiles (no the wall is not flooded, the floor part is)
4x4 water tiles for both Caverns and Dungeons
Fountains

Free standing prison/jail/arena walls like the Griffin Tamer ones, I have a set and they are very useful.

Magnetic walls with different wall adornments, tapestries, shields, scones, etc. basically simple stuff that quickly changes the look and feel of a room.

Curved ramps to go from one level to another level.

Burial Crypts - like the ones the christians built just outside Rome. Don't need a lot, just a couple different wall pieces. Free standing so they can be used as a wall, or in the middle of a room.

I would also really like an Advanced Tudor Builder set. I know the focus of this Kickstarter is not City Building, but this is really needed. If DwarvenForge doesn't do it soon, the 3D printer wizards will.

Peace

Advanced builder pieces. 1x1, 1x2, 1" door, and more. Anything that breaks us out of the 2x2 pattern.
+1. Also LED pieces.

William, I'm not quite sure what you mean... could you post a few more pics?

:-P

Just kidding! These are awesome. I remember seeing some of these, but not all of them. This layout is fantastic! Do you remember who did this? I feel like I should know, but it's just not coming to mind.

If Mine Tracks are considered, please make the 90 degree turns larger than a 2x2 tile, like other ones I've seen. There is no physical way a cart can make that tight of a turn without some form of modern engineering. If at all possible have the tracks be able to be separated from the floor tiles somehow. I would prefer sweeping turns that span over a few tiles over a tight unreal bend.

The tracks in this layout from this long lost thread are close to what I'm thinking, but without the gravel bed when raised above ground. I always loved this layout, just wish those raised tracks didn't look as if they were on the ground.

I also wish there were wider bends like the layout I think Law did in a multi-level cavern set-up years ago with HO railroad tracks. That was more of what I'm considering. ;)

Also some 'Y's and maybe an 'X' track for crossings. :)

- Furniture is always great

- Free standing walls like the stretch goal pieces from KS1 that were oddly never available for purchase afterward but would have been SO useful

- Pieces that do not have the pillar design that can be used interchangeably with the KS1 sets

- I see you have lots of traps - even more are fine!

- Expansion pieces for KS2 and KS3 (Ways to make double height walls for KS3 would be great! I see you made something for KS4 for that but also need double wide pillars, etc. too)

- A new line of minis like the lizard/ratmen

- jail cells

- new style pieces for KS3: wooden houses (someone already posted an excellent example in here)

- Mine shaft style tiles with optional mine cart and tracks that can be added over tiles.

That's all I can think of for now.

  • Floor pieces with loose stones/missing stone/really cracked stones/impact crater/sitting water pools. Basically floor tiles that can add to a more dilapidated dungeon look
+1
...
More rubble would be cool too. Especially since it could match DF tiles a bit.
+1 to this.
I have a massive amount of KS1 sets-- any accents I can add and modify those tiles to make them seem a bit more unique rather than just brand new tile sets. Like how the mushrooms and stalagmites worked for the Cavern sets.
-- I'm thinking different loose bricks, cracked tiles, fallen wall pieces, an assortment of rubble (as previously mentioned in a postl above), etc.

-- Traps and torture equipment is a given.
-- Crates that match the Ks1 barrels (as previously mentioned)
-- Bookshelves and extra books that fit in them would be fantastic.
-- More furniture for taverns

I like the ideas for a set of sitting and standing royalty. I also like the idea of a at least a couple more sitting figures, more bang for the buck could come from doing two different paint schemes so you double up on the sitting figures you could also do the standard humanoids and maybe a sitting monster sentry like an orc or goblin that is nearly passing out. I still would love to see clear water tiles and an expansion of clear caverns. If the clear expansion happens I would love it if we could add the original cavern set that was run in clear during the pledge manager to get the shipping combined.

a king (standing and sitting version), a queen (standing and sitting version), the king and queen's throne.
+1 on standing and sitting king.

Oh and throw in a naked king, because nobody would expect that! The emperor's new clothes and all.
Kidding of course.
