If you have the email info from all the forum Valorians, send them one too. There is a list of more than 6600 Valorians, more than any single DF Kickstarter to date. Sure a lot will not get them (old Email acct's...), but worth the attempt.

You really need to send out updates about the new KS(5) to KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 backers to get as many re-backers as possible. KS1 had the most backers, so it's the most important.

Yes PLEASE do this Dwarven Forge - stop the irrational fear that you will offend people or that repeat backers will somehow storm the castle in anger if they get multiple e-mail messages - send out the updates to everyone from all KS1-4!!!

Monday to KS1
Wednesday to KS2
Friday to KS3
and Saturday to all the KS1-4

Can anyone make out what is going on here? Is that a special door? A weapons rack? A mini/trap?

It's the weapons rack already mentioned in this thread. Not a clear picture, so we'll (scratch that, you'll) likely have to wait to see it in all it's glory until the KS.
