I don't actually know, but they feel more like stone or clay than like plastic, if that helps?

Top Collection resin trees

Hey all, just to say, the "small" Top Collection resin tree is currently on sale at amazon as an add-on item for <$5, they're normally around $15:

They come on spikes to go into a garden (they're intended for fairy gardens). I clip off the spike relatively short and pop them in a base of Apoxie Sculpt (any kind of clay or green stuff would work though). They're substantial and have stood up to being knocked around (although obviously not on a Dwarvenite level). I haven't yet tried touching them up but they feel like they'll take more paint reasonably well.

Here's a pic of a couple of them in use with a bunch of mountains:
