For the record, one in ten of the "dogs" is actually a cybernetically enhanced uplifted tiger. Nothing but the best security for my Evil Mastermind Base. Er, um, basement storage area for DF. Where did that delete key go?

I've offered my basement as a storage solution to a number of people. So far, no one has taken me up on it. Pity.
Perhaps if you had fewer guard dogs around people would.

As I am still looking for a good bargain flat file cabinet to store my expanding DF collection, I stumbled upon this fantastic deal for someone living within driving distance from Las Vegas (not me). Only $100 per cabinet. These drawers are huge!

Those are pretty small units if you look at the dimensions. 12" x 12" x 7".
So each of the six drawers are smaller than 4"(-) x 7"(-) x 4"(-) tall. Depending on the inner dimensions, there could be some stacking problems with these. I would pass and find a better solution. But then it's your choice.
I would imagine these units (Moppe) to hold about two basic sets of dwarvenite each, so how many would you need?

Good luck. ;)

Hey everyone !

I just came upon these on IKEA, what do you think? Would these be sturdy enough?

http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/60216356/

Seems like a good mix of elegance and functionality. The possibility to stain the wood seems nice too.

EDIT : Mhhh... i fear they might not be big enough :/
That would work fine if you are just dumping your dwarvenite in each bin; I prefer a shallower tray like the IKEA Alex units; but everyone has their own style!
Oh ! Yes I do like the design. kinda like an archive drawer.

you want low wide drawers - easier access - or just dump it all in sterlite tuble like most of us

someday i hope for real storage - i like the Martha Steward design for my tastes
