Thanks, Zoroaster. MY memory is bad, if it ain't on my huge order spreadsheet, it does not exist. Somehow the grab bag escaped.

The grab bag minis were explained during the Kickstarter to be per pledge level. They were a stretch goal like the other stretch goals during the campaign, where we got an extra chimney, or extra double post, etc. per pledge level multiplier (x10 for Empire pledge), and in the same way, the number of minis was based on your base pledge level. The only thing that was not disclosed was what the miniatures would be. We were told they were a mystery grab bag, but the surprise of exactly what was in the grab bag was left a surprise, until now.

So, do multiple Empire pledges get multiple grab bags?

I'm feeling greedy now that I see the Bags, which are IMHO fab.

Feel a little less grinched about cheaping out on the Imperial Streets.

That is my understanding of the minis. Sets of 2, 3, 5 or 10

I wonder how random they are though, sounds like not much.

Looking back at the KS campaign page, the mini grab bag quantities show as being based on the pledge levels. Ex. Capital Pledge shows a quantity of 5 whereas the Empire Pledge has a quantity of 10.

It may have changed as the KS neared the end so don't hold me to this. ;)

Is the grab bag size proportional to order size? I vaguely remember it was just a one-shot deal. I"m hoping that's not true!

I think that's a humongous cockroach.

Imagine riding that. Imagine meeting it -espedcially if its the hissing sort....

What else are people finding?
Sounds like I got the same thing as you in my order. Some of these are great. the City Pieces are exceptional and overall far better than the pieces in KS I and II (IMO). Only a few issues with warping, but no major issues that I found.

Riders on a cockroach! Very impressive.

I too recall a man pushing a well-barrow and also merchant goods.
