I know if you guys can figure out how to do a modular Dwarvenite tree system it will be awesome.

Awesome trees with walkways and platforms for CBS houses hopefully with a half elf/robin hood vibe.
Most certainly Awesome and we agree with the bear a modular Dwarvenite tree system be more awesomeness

Sounds like some ideas are floating around. I'm sure there are dozens to hundreds of pieces fully or partially developed at the studio for further Kses.

I am not really surprised that KS6 will not have modular Dwarvenite trees when I started this thread way back before KS5 started I considered modular trees to be a

push the envelope of the modular terrain world IMO

ADD-ON Modular trees from stumps for gaming in forests on the ground to trunks that go over the stumps to fully limbed and leafed trees. This one would be fantastic if DF could do it but it would not be easy to do modular trees.

I must say that I am glad that KS6 will be a return to caverns and hope some of the ideas many others and I posted here were inspiration to the DF team.

Hmmmmm looks like we have a mole in the burrow!

whilst those 'cute hareballs' are a decent representation of the image we are trying to portray to would be predators, we are a little alarmed that there are depictions of what our Q department are developing to help us in the constant war against oppression, skewers, predators and stewing pots.

Although the name is not quite accurate and I know the Bunny boffins are struggling to remove the Austrian accent from the vocal encoder, this is a remarkably accurate likeness.

One major issue was that dogs could spot the difference between this and regular bunnies and bark like mad when spotting one, until it was pointed out that those dumb canines bark like mad at rabbits anyway!

So beware Bunny haters the next bunny you see may not be all it seems ..........

But to get back on point we are not disappointed there are no Dwarvenite trees in KSVI as there are many sources for these as already highlighted, would have preferred to see some other overground pieces, but still looking forward to another wild ride of a Kickstarter in June :)

I know a lot of you want pre painted trees. I hear the word cheep more often. Dwarven Forge trees will not be cheap.
I got some great 'Alien' foliage from the local Aquatic Tropical Fish centre :)

'cheep' - I think you've been listening to the birds too much ;) but your right about DF trees, they will certainly not be cheap.

But Nate's KSVI teaser implies no overground elements, so no Dwarvenite trees this time around.

Birds make a lot of noise

I saw this and thought of you :D

I have more than enough trees so I am not disappointed.

We are in the GW camp on this :) and got some on order ;)

Never occurs to us to get cheap plastic toy trees, but as you say oldent a quick prime and wash and possibly a highlight if feeling frisky and they will look great.

Any excuse to drag the kids down the toy shop :D
Don't forget the cake supply shop. Great place for cheep plastic Palms.
