I have collected bunches of "farm/domestic" and "wild" animals over the years... they are out there - most still in production.

Sources include (all 25/28mm metal unless stated otherwise):
Irregular (plus 15mm versions for the "young'uns")
Warlord
Eureka
Iron Wind / Ral Partha
Black Tree
Gripping Beast
Pegasus (plastic O or 1/48 scale)
DnD (resin)
Wargames Foundry
North Star
DeeZee
Dark Fable
Denizons of Azor / Forge of Ice
Mini mojo (plastic toy models)
and certainly others I don't recall at the moment.

In the "domestic" collective are:
cattle/steers/oxen/aurochs
mules/horses/ponies
pigs/goats/sheep
chickens/ducks/geese/peacocks/owls/ravens/crows
dogs/cats/rats/rabbits

In the "wild" collective are:
'funts/hippos/giraffes/zebra/wildebeest
antelope/oryx/ostrich/water buffalo
crocs/gators/lizards/kimodos/snakes
lions/cheetahs/tigers/panthers/leopards/puma
deer/honey badger(!)/moose/meerkats
hyena/vultures/jackals/wolves

I am pretty much set for any village/farm, and have jungle and savannah themes covered, although I'd like to get a few more species of antelope.

I also have a bunch of ice age mammals.

Oh sure... NOW everyone wants a boat!
I should have been clearer with my post, I want the two by two ... ANIMALS...
"We (now I sound like a bunch of rabbits) don't need no stinkin' boat". ;)

To be totally fair we forgot about the Ark bit and the whole big buggering boat that implies.
Was just thinking of livestock.
Though an Ark does not have to be that boaty or shippy it can just a curve ended building (kinda).

'But we don't need no stinkin boat'

We bought a resin Man-O-War at Salute on Saturday

Bones 4 Stygian Barge is close to an Ark, right? :?

I have a few horses, and more on the way. If it's a familiar or common summoned animal I probably have one. I think I have a goat and a pig, even. No sheep, though, or anything in the deer family, or chickens. I'm not personally going to be setting up a lot of pastoral dioramas, but it would be nice to have a few domestic dog types and a few farm animals.

Yeah, I was backer #20 for Labyrinths and the pieces I got were good (for plaster-based terrain). I have a bookshelf they did with books, potions, and scrolls on it, and I would totally buy more of them if they were still in operation, but they didn't plan their money well enough. I have a lot of unpainted stuff from them still sitting on a shelf. Thinking about selling it now that I have dwarvenite.
If you are okay with hydrostone or similar harder plaster derivatives JAHecker is a handle on ebay that makes casts of Hirst pieces and sells them both as unfinished and some impressive finished bits. He is a bit slow to deliver, but I think he makes them to order for the most part. I have been happy with all the ones I have gotten from him, though I would like it better in resin, plastic, or dwarvenite.

I wish I had seen your warnings! I wish even more that it had been a real KS for real minis...they were an awesome concept.

Sorry you didn't get the heads up. I sounded the alarm in a couple places, it wasn't well received in most of them. I was interested briefly, but held off when things didn't seem quite right. Then some folks were getting concerned and I dug in. I was glad I hadn't jumped on at that point. They were talking about ramping up a couple spin casting machines for mass production and when I asked about residual heat and cooling times when they made some very questionable claims about how fast they could pump them out they shut down on me. They changed their story and claimed someone else was doing it, but that they had seen it and trusted them. They asserted making one batch was the same as cranking out hundreds of batches a day. Anyone who has worked with any real casting equipment knows that isn't quite how it works.

Good animals I don't have yet are definitely of interest to me. I found some decent hogs and cattle in plastic. I have a number of horses. I could use more oxen, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I need a 28mm Noah's Ark set!

As to the Ice Age Mammals KS, I tried to warn a number of people. After speaking to the creator account it rapidly became clear that their understanding of miniature manufacturing was next to nil and that they were making a lot of assumptions about production that were flat out false. At that point I knew it was either failure waiting to happen or a scam.
