You can pretend half of it is your husband's and then you can convince yourself you're only in the 1x Red Dragon Horde category. ;)
We don't separate our things like that. We're both Red Dragons. :P

My place as a Red Dragon is all Stefan's fault! Thanks. :)

KS6 is likely to make me a Double Red... yes, it's that awesome!

If it wasn't for my DoD+ in KSV, I'd have a very small collection. If KSVI is anywhere close to that size, I might be losing my wife XD. I do have one of the old MM Cavern sets that I'll probably sell later. Only reason I can get more now is that I've convinced the wife that Dwarvenite makes it a great way for me to spend time with the kids
Totally agree! My son loves to build with the Dwarvenite and we have fun starting on opposite ends of the floor and ending up joining our dungeon or cavern together int he middle somewhere and then population it with monsters :D

The Griffin Tamer large doors are some of my favorite doors. I do hope that DF will be making some door like them soon. Everyone needs doors for Giants to use !!

Barely into the Hoard level.
Included KS5.
I also have a spreadsheet with purchase prices.
364 sets (115 resin / 249 dwarvenite).

I bought a SUV this summer specifically to be able to take more DF to use at conventions & my local stores.
I am not sure how to determine the number of sets I own. I do have a 3/4 ton pick up ;) I store some of my DF collection at the local game store. Most of the resin is at home. I keep 3 inn sets and 3 catacomb sets and several of the original room sets and a number of special custom tile sets I made to better configure board game layouts at the store too.

Image

Board game set ups require elements that sometimes have to be custom built. I use a large number of the catacomb accessories set parts.

Image

I often have to make custom tiles so that the doors can be in the correct section. I am looking forward to when some of the new sets arrive.

Image

T. Brown from the Hirst Forum came up with a set of drawings to illustrate the number of door combinations.

Image

This is one of the configurations of the location of the doors. The new double and center doors will help a lot. I do have to have several custom tiles and a huge number of doors. I have more than a hundred doors that I have made plus at least that many more from various sources.I am a fan of Griffin Tamer doors.

The Griffin Tamer gate with cast from 4 bot molds

My cavern sets have far more custom accessories. I have all of the Hirst Arts and 4bot cavern molds and a complete set of the woodland Scenic rock face molds plus 40 years worth of custom rock face molds.I have been a model Railroader for a very long time.

Only an SUV? Not a semi?

Hmm wonder what the total would be for everyone with anticillary stuff like storage of said DF.
Like my workshop and storage building? Dwarven Forge tiles are an accessory for my Miniature collection

Caverns are an accessory for by LOTR Dwarf collection

I am not a Dwarven Forge collector. It is an important part of my Hobby ;)

If I included storage and minis I'd be classified as a hoarder. Wait, what?
Only if you have a drier lint collection too :D

Guess I am a Red Dragon and not a Minotaur Lord? :D

Seriously though, with this much gaming investment (and, as several have said LOTS more in minis and books etc) how covered am I in terms of Home Owners insurance for all these *collectibles*? Anyone ever think about this? I imagine people with spreadsheets and pictures of everything (anyone do this?) would be in better shape in recouping their investment in the face of catastrophe...I just can't see MetLife cutting me a check for $30,000+ for lost/destroyed *fantasy miniature terrain* ya know? :?
