I told my wife about it and she said were not moving to NY.
I think it would be cool, only 5000 residents, nice river running through town.
And a ceramics studio in the basement. What more could you want.
Right?!? My spouse put the brakes on us buying it also  It is PERFECT for a medium sized business or B&B

Hey, how many cargo containers' worth of stuff would fit into building, anyway?

I keep having an image of the dwarvenaut maniacally playing that organ as he plots our wallets doom. Now Mr. Wallet, let me explain how I will destroy you with my latest invention, the Gorgonite Injection Molding Machine.....

Whoa!

I'd love to know more about the floor plan, and what is on which floor. That big room and the semi-industrial kitchen might make a decent rental venue for events, if they are accessible without going through the private living spaces. Or maybe a mid-size restaurant.

But I'd get the meanest, most OCD building inspector I could find to sign off on the place.

Also, somebody call the utility companies and get the billing info for as far back as possible.

$325k seems really cheap. Are we sure this isn't some kind of Amityville-type situation?

What a great, evil super-villain Lair or location for ForgeCon 2018.

How much would $325K buy in Stefan's area of the city right now? A 1-bedroom + den apartment?

That would be a very kewl place for his business.
I'll bet he's too much a child of the city though.
