Looks like they are at it again. They did not even bother to use a different picture. Just a different account. I don't know if you can report something like this or even how to go about it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/dwarven-forge- ... Sw~HBaGSzN

Can you dispute the charge 25-35 days later, that is the real question.
I did the clock starts ticking on this after the estimated delivery date the seller gives you. So if they say it will take up to 30 days to get it to you on day 31 you can start your dispute on it to start getting your money back. That is what I ended up doing.
I believe as long as you start the claim within 45 days of the purchase, you are ok. Sometimes sellers will try and stall you past that 45 days. As long as the claim is open, you should be fine.

So more than a month later, there's still no sign of the tiles. I opened a dispute and got a refund. Can't say I'm too surprised. Oh well, I have an extra $16 and change for the next KS :)

The dispute resolution process can be initiated up to 30 days later.

We have a special discount website here and everything is made and imported of China.
I never had a problem. It always takes 5 to 6 weeks to receive the items.
You will tell us if it was a nice transaction or a trap on ebay.
But I have the feeling it's not the case.

Yeah, I took a chance (I'm the buyer). I've had some luck buying from China before -- once even buying a small light for <$5 with free shipping (which I received). I have no idea how they can ship that cheap.

I actually didn't notice that they had no ratings until after I bought. I don't buy much stuff on ebay, and everything I have bought has arrived, so I don't really think much about it.

Also, I received a very reassuring email:

Hi, friends,
I have for your shipping products,
I believe the product will bring pleasure.
And I promise you will receive it in 25-35 days,
You know the product is very cheap to sell you.
So we can not provide tracking numbers.
But do not worry about any problems.
We can contact the post office at any time to contact the current arrival position and tell you.
Make sure you will be happy to use.
Thank you

Sounds legit, right?

Yes there was a buy it now. But with it coming from China with a seller with a 0 rating I can tell you you who ever bought them will not be seeing them. I have seen a few things going up lately on E-bay with unbelievable low prices from China with sellers with 0 feed back. I myself fell for one of them. I was luck and got my money back from E-bay but that will be the last time I buy from anyone with a 0 feed back.

Weird indeed but sold ;)
I checked the listing within 10 mins of Harneloot posting this thread and it said there were 6+ days remaining in the auction. Now they're sold? My Detect Bullsh*t spell is definitely sensing something.
I think there was a Buy-It-Now option?
