Think you're talking not about a beta set but an alpha set.
(I already have 2)
I let it for others who hadn't the chance to get it.

About the last ebay announce, the keywords like "dwarven forge" or "master maze" didn't work and match the result. It doesn't help too. Without fans here european couldn't guess there was something to sell.

No more alpha set
No more beta set
No more gamma se
No more corridor stuff to buy
and the end of the sci fi stock in the store ...

The bidding is going well. Would still like to know IF the postage to the UK is as low as it says ???

What I do not want to do is bid and then you have unexpected costs that stops the transaction.

Ebay gives you automatically -depending on your location- the additional custom fees for your purchase. It increases with the bid of course as you can see on the screenshot just below :

Interesting, I set this up using my E-Bay app and put it down for free shipping. Not sure where the charges you are seeing come from. I'll take a look using my desktop and see what I missed.

This is very kind from you !
I just got your email and came here immediately.

Unfortunately, I see this is not one beta set but an entire lot and it's already gone around 500$ !

I can't handle more than 500$ + shipping + 110$ of import charges since I won't be able to re-sell other sets here in Europe I'm not interested in.
Yeah I know by heart american people won't buy the old sci-fi sets from Europe.
You are all affraid of import charges too.

More part of this lot is available "new" in stock on dwarvenforge.com so it would be hard to sell all this just to refund the investisment for one set.

So sad... it seems I'll have to wait some more years.
i missed an offer in 2012, now cannot buy this beta set in 2014 Noooo Nooooooo

Argh ... Fu-Man Chu, this is your chance to get it now !

I know HeroQuestFrance has been looking for Beta sets for a long time. I'll send him an email to check this post.

I have seven SciFi starter and passage sets that I might part with for a price.
