I also bought lava gametiles (painted) and it was a real deception.
I wanted to combine it with the resin sets but the colors were ... well let's say it doesn't match.
I sold it and I'm currently painting another set trying to get a better result.

So until I have more modularity with the unpainted set I got as used on ebay, I'm playing with something else :

If you, however, ain't got no time for that kinda malarkey, that's understandable. :D The painted set doesn't look bad with the resin, though I imagine the differences are more pronounced with the walls and 2x2 floors.

TLW-You're right, but I'm a lousy painter!

TLW_I think the Dwarvenite peices actually shade nicely like rock getting hotter would.

So, thanks a bunch, now I gotta buy these too....and I didn't even know they existed....

Resin Lava with Dwarvenite Lava

Post by jls304 » Tue Apr 19, 2016 10:50 am

Does anyone have any pictures of these together ? I'd like to order the lava rivers to add with my
resin Hellscape pieces but how do they mesh together ? I'm sure the paint is off by a bit ?
